My friends and I had a fantastic time. It was a whole new amazing experience. The boat was clean and staff were amazing. Our boat got stuck a bit but staff Reuben was so kind enough to assist us. Reuben is a star 🌟. Thank you Skuna boat for the best summer experience. Definitely recommend 👌

The handle used to steer the boat was broken and literally came off as soon as we got inside. This made it impossible to operate the boat. We could see the glue that had been used to “quick fix” the handle and it was done in a really shabby way. The quality of the boat was evidently terrible. The staff told us that the glue came off because of the way we were trying to use it but it was in that state before we even started using the boat. To move the boat with the broken handle was extremely labor intensive and the staff saw us evidently struggle.
My mother was visiting from abroad to have this experience and see the views of London. We were stuck going in circles on the boat for 45 min very close to the start point. Not once did the staff who were looking at us offer to help us or ask us if we were doing alright. In fact towards the end when we called for help ourselves the staff member who came to us was extremely impatient and was screaming at my mother for not being able to follow his instructions. He commented “did you not see the instructions video”, which we in fact did. It is important to realize that everyone picks up skills and understands in different ways and while we were asking questions to help us understand he was not at all accommodating.
When we were done there was an evident dissatisfaction of the experience on our faces and we were even vocal about it with staff who seemed to care less about us. This kind of treatment for guests is frankly unacceptable.
After paying £175 for 3 people the experience was extremely underwhelming due to the customer experience provided. This isn’t an experience for beginners as the staff aren’t willing to answer questions or help out.

Had an awesome time! celebrating my birthday 4 full boats all together planning to go again lovely scenery so lucky with the weather! Highly recommended it

We went an amazing time with the hot tub boat. We booked to celebrate a double birthday with our family and we had a wonderful time! The captain “a Kiwi guy” was very polite and friendly and made our first time experience a very pleasant experience. Well recommended to everyone!!!!!!

Staff was absolutely amazing with us as we had a massive hiccup our end they was very accommodating and done everything in their power to make sure we got the absolute most from our experience.

We were lucky enough to have a sunny afternoon with very little wind so a perfect day to experience the hot tub.
The checkin was seamless and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
The steering of the hot tub was easy to master after some practice.

Emily was absolutely amazing. We booked the shared hot tub boat, the water was so warm. We had a great time. We’ll definitely be back to try the BBQ boat
