On exiting the airport our name was the first sign. immediately we were taken to the mini bus. We then waited only 10mins. The driver took us to Uçhisar. Perfect journey! Excellent service!

We booked an airport transfer from Göreme at 8:30 am for a flight departing at 11:55 from Kayseri.
Ther driver did not show up, we have been waiting until 9:30 without anyone picking the phone or answering our messages. Long story short: we had to arrange a taxi which resulted 5 times more expensive, not to mention the stress…

The tour operator is totally irresponsible, I booked pick up time at 5:30pm to airport, at 5:45pm no one turned up. When i messaged him , he told me driver will come at 6:35pm. He had change the pick up time without informing us in advance. Eventually i have to get another taxi and pay extra cost to go to airport.

I booked shuttle bus to pick up me at Kayseri at 11am on 10 May, tried to contact with operator before departure but failed. As a result, i paid 12$ and they left me alone at airport without any information. Tried to contract with service agency also not better result, my first perception is terrible service ever

The driver never came to pick us up. We contacted the number that was given to us but never picked up and neither answer the conversations on the chat. Very disappointed.
We have to take alternative transport due to this.

Airport pickup was smooth with driver waiting at arrivals with a sign with my name on. He was early which was appreciated as our flight arrived earlier than expected. Return transfer to the airport was on time and smooth journey. Thanks very much!

The service provider never came and did not respond when I contacted him despite confirming the activity. I had to pay another agency to do the transfer and get the refund. I do not recommend this provider

I’ve used the service of Viator before and it’s been great. However, this trip I came out of the airport at 9:20 and the pick up was for 930. There were a bunch of men with signs outside of the airport getting on with my name on it.
I checked with the men and they told me that I had booked for the wrong airport. I double checked my ticket and reservation and I was correct,
However, I got on the public shuttle and took it, and because of that I was charged fully from Viator because the cancellation was less than 24 hours.
I feel that when this type of situation occurs, and I cannot contacted the company directly and immediately, that I should’ve been reimbursed.

Customer support helped me with this booking as my previous transfer operator failed to confirm after 24 hours. Received immediate confirmation. Operator messaged me my pick up time. Although pick up timing was a little late it was totally understandable since this is a shared transfer plus my hotel was the last pick up point before heading to NAV. Overall was happy with the service.
