Mount Batur Sunrise Hike and Optional Natural Hot Spring is a combine package between sunrise trek and Optional soaking hot spring or other activities in one day.
What is the highlight?
1. Hike up the stunning Mount Batur on an early sunrise trek to its summit with experiences local guide.
2. Watch the sunrise from the peak of volcano and explore crater from 1804 to 1949.
3. Enjoying a well-earned breakfast with a cup of Hot Drink at the top while you watch the brilliant colors of sunrise.
4. Top off your active morning with a soak in a natural hot spring and an invigorating coffee taste before ahead to hotel (Optional)
5. You can add optional trip such as Swing, Waterfall and other activities in one day.
Upon arrival at base camp, get a short introduction and safety briefing from your guide. Before and after your hike up to the summit 1,5 hours, you can relax in our the Mt. Batur base camp lounge, the only one base camp around the area with clean and comfortable toilet facility.

Lubak was a very nice Guide. It was raining that day so I wasn't sure if I was gonna see the sunrise but we were lucky and I experiences an amazing sunset! So the Hiking tour was 100% worth it. The Hiking part is not totally easy - make sure to bring water and take breaks. The hot spring for me personally wasn't wort it. It's basically just a tourist trap.

We were promptly picked up by our driver, Agus, at 2 AM. Once we arrived, we were greeted by our trekking guide, Made, and were offered tea and coffee before the trek.
My mother, who is in her early fifties and is otherwise quite fit, had a difficult time with the trek and had to take a motorbike up for part of the way. Although I trekked up the entire way, as a young adult, I also found the trek quite difficult and tiring. However, Made was very patient and kind throughout the entire hike and always helped me up the steeper parts.
At the top, we were offered hot drinks and snacks before the sunrise. The sunrise was absolutely stunning and definitely worth the difficult trek!!
Our driver, Agus then took us to relax at a hot springs place and a plantation where we tried some delicious Bali coffee and tea. Great activities to do after the trek.
I highly recommend both Agus and Made as we had a wonderful experience on the tour.

We were very lucky with the sunrise as it was a very cloudy and windy morning but was amazing and so worth it! The guide (Chris) was lovely and great at taking photos! The driver (Mudi) was so friendly and spoke very good english. Definitely recommend to anyone thinking about it 🗻🌋

Beautiful views up top of the volcano. 2am start pickup from hotel and had breakfast on top of mountain. About 1.5 hr hike up. Cold and windy up top, definitely dress warm with extra layers. Agus our driver and Wayan tour did a great job getting us to wear we needed. Highly recommend the hot springs and coffee plantation tour after

Everything was timed perfectly and we had the opportunity to hike during the night with flashlights. There was time also to enjoy the sunrise with a healthy breakfast

Smooth and enjoyable trekking trip.
Worth joining it.
Please take with them, and avoid going on your own.
Estimate 2 hours up, 2 hours down.
Hot drinks included at starting point.
Light breakfast was great and sufficient with bread, fruits, snack and hot drinks.
Hot Spring is anither plus itinerary. The place is just nearby and good to have a relaxing stop after trekking.
Nopia the local mountain guide, having great personality and local knowledge. Carefully guide from start to end.
Wira (from Batur too), the general guide and driver, having great personality too. Well known about local festival and tradition as well.
Overall the trip and view was amazing and rewarding!!
