An unforgettable experience. Although it rained at 2 in the morning, the weather in Batur for the sunrise was fantastic. The driver was very safe and friendly, the guide of Mount Batur a charm that we were always joking with and he took 1000 photos of us. It was one of the best experiences of my life.

Great experience. Surya the driver was punctual and friendly. Our guide Nyoman went above and beyond to make our climb memorable. The views at the top were breathtaking.

The guides were awesome and made our trip up Mt Batur for the sunrise a great experience. It was worth the early start. Nyoman was a great driver and I recommend him for your travels in Bali.

The whole Trip was awesome. The Agus Driver was on time , we arrived and had some indonesian coffee which I loved (Similar to Turkish coffee but not quite the same )
We headed out for a Tiring 2 hours of Terkking uphill , the Guide Wayan was patient ,polite, helpful and respectful. The view was worth every second. the trip downhill is very tricky make sure to wear something non slippery, it can be dangerous if not careful with your steps

We had such a great experience! The whole trip was great, our driver MK Angga communicated with us the whole time and picked us up directly from our hotel, provided a smooth and enjoyable transfer to and from the hike, including taking us to a coffee plantation on the way home. Our hike guide was great and accommodated the needs of our group and the sunrise was spectacular! I definitely recommend this to anyone visiting ubud :)

For experienced hikers/climbers it is very easy and short
The summit is very overrun
For experienced I would rather recommend the mount Agung

The driver was fluent in English and able to answer questions along the journey. The driving was safe, and we had the option to stop at a coffee plantation on the way back (where we were able to taste different drinks for free). Our guide up Mount Batur was accommodating and able to help throughout the hike. We had a breakfast served at the top of mount Batur (eggs, chocolate, banana sandwich, fruit). We were provided flashlights and jackets and blankets were available to rent if needed. Toilets available at base camp.

Beautiful scenery and a real sense of the scale of the volcanoes.
Our fantastic guide would stop whenever we wanted and let us know how far we had to go.
Lots of people of different fitness do this trek every day. Even though there are many tourists at the top, the guides organise everything really well.
There was some mist and the view wasn't clear the whole time. But it was still spectacular. Being up on the volcano with the hot steam, seeing the lake and across to Mount Augung. And the adventure of starting in the dark with a head torch. A really memorable trek.
