Enjoy a private walking tour of Jewish Bucharest with a specialized guide. Discover impressive synagogues and temples, walk around the old Jewish neighborhood and explore a more remote landmark: the oldest Jewish cemetery in the city.
You'll also get to see iconic monuments built by Jewish architects, while your guide will share with you key facts about the history of the community in Romania, from the 16th century to the migration waves 'Aliyah' from the communist time.
It's the complete tour of Jewish Bucharest, a city where 10% of the population was Jewish in the dawn of the Second World War. This is the perfect tour for history enthusiasts and curious travelers.

Our guide, Laura, was enthusiastic, personable, knowledgable and spoke excellent English. She was open to our questions, and very informative. She took us to a Jewish theatre and Synagogue where we met some very interesting people who were old enough to remember a lot of the Jewish history of the last 50 years. We also toured the neighborhood where Jews lived but are gone today. Laura had a great attitude and excellent English. We were sorry when the tour ended because it was so enjoyable.

Emelia was an excellent, knowledgeable guide. Thank you for the tour of Jewish Bucharest. I learned a great deal. Only issue (for the tour organizers, not the guide), would be nice if all entrance fees were included in the price (as is the case with other viator tours).
