Kojii was in touch with us right from the time we landed. He gave us directions to the meeting point. On the way to hotel he educated us about some of the interesting places to see in and around Melbourne. We had a pleasant experience.

The van was very spacious and accommodated a family of four with space for our bags. The driver offered water free of charge, provided a clean van, was friendly and flexible. Would definitely recommend it.
