I have been traveling for years and this is the first review I have even written. The dive and my dive guide were fantastic. I would give them a 5 star rating. Getting to the excursion was a nightmare. My pick up time was 45 minutes late. I was brought to a parking lot where I was told to get on a bus. I was on for 5 minutes and then told to go on a different bus which I was on for 1 minutes and then after 25 minutes in the parking lot I directed to someones personal car. After an hour ride we were dropped off at the boat to take us out where we waited for 35 minutes then left the dock and waited a 100 yards away and waited to be cleared by the marine security for 45 more minutes. On the return was placed on a bus and went back to the parking lot and was told we would have to wait for 20 minutes. They put together the drop off list and told me I would be on the bus for about an hour. I then told them get me a car service and bring me directly to my hotel. This excursion took a title time of 12 hours and 15 minutes. Never again.

On the day of our scuba trip, the company called us to inform us that the water was too rough to scuba, and we’d need to reschedule to the next day. We agreed to scuba the next day at the same time and be picked up at the same meeting spot. The next day came and we waited to be picked up, but nobody came. We tried calling and texting, but nobody ever answered or responded. Overall, I can’t speak to the experience as there was no experience for us, but this is not a reliable company.

Newton was one of the best dive masters we have had on a dive. He made sure to make the experience about us. He took our gopro and took pictures for us so we didn't have to worry about missing things.

The diving and my divemaster were great couldn't have asked for more. The lunch was good, the fruit amazing. That was pretty much the end of the good for this trip. The boat was so packed full people were sitting on the floor. This trip they also take people to snorkel as well. And from our hotel and most people we talked to it was a 2 1/2 to 3 hours drive to get there. The gear wasn't the greatest . Everyone had at least one leak on them somewhere. Overall I probably wouldn't do this particular dive again, unless I had my own transportation there and home.
