They claimed they Tried to contact us prior to arrival ( one day) we were already enroute. Imagine. Further I had to see this only in the app as no emails were received. ( seems a Viator issue)

Demetrius not only picked us up from the airport - but was a wonderful tour guide as well! In addition, my dad’s family is from Volos so he played the traditional music from that area of the country and other music from our different ancestors. My grandsons all adored him.
We had an enjoyable ride from the airport to our hotel.

On time. Reasonable drive speed. Comfortable large van. Drop off in short term parking. Must walk to terminal. Not much help with luggage.
