Courteous and efficient as well as timely clean transport from downtown Tokyo to Haneda airport. Very convenient and rather inexpensive way to avoid taking public transportation.

The pick up and transfer was fine until the drop off. We asked to be dropped off at Japan Airlines international and were dropped off at the domestic terminal. So, had to take shuttle to the correct terminal.

The whole experience was great. We booked the transportation to and from Haneda Airport Japan. The cars were luxury cars and impeccable. Chauffeurs were dressed in suits and always on time. Customer service was professional and knowledgeable. Had to change my departure date, called customer service and they were able to solve the issue.
Will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

Excellent service! Our driver Wang arrived at our hotel ahead of the scheduled time and texted us he was our driver and where he would be waiting for us once we are ready, we would depart. He truly meant it! He did not rush us and was patiently waiting for us. In fact, we were behind in checking out and leaving at the scheduled (last minute shopping in ginza and we didn't want to leave Japan!) and never once did we feel like he was annoyed. I texted him we were delayed and he was so kind to reply to not worry. We were overall about 30 mins later by the time we checked out. Now don't make this a habit b/c the company does clearly state they have a 24hr rule for changes/cancellation. I did not intend to be late, but I was appreciative that the driver did not leave us. Thank you for making the transport to the airport as easy as possible. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again!
