Our Tour guide will meet you at Kusadasi Port or the lobby of Listed hotels with your name sign at pre-arranged time . Pick up time will be given during your confirmation. Kusadasi Cruise Terminal pick up time normally 30 to 45 minutes after your cruise arrival
2. Meryemana (The Virgin Mary's House)
Our first stop is the House of Virgin Mary. The House of Virgin Mary is located on the Aladag Mountains 5 miles away from Ephesus. At the third Ecumenical Council on 431 AD in Ephesus, it was claimed that Mary came to Ephesus with St. John in 37 A.D. and lived there until her death in 48 A.D. After the discovery of the house, the Archbishop of Izmir declared there as a place of pilgrimage in 1892. On July 26, 1967, Pope Paul VI visited this place and prayed there
3. Ancient City of Ephesus
Our second stop is Ephesus Ancient City. We will start visiting one of the main highlights in Turkey, Ephesus, one of the 12 cities of Ionian League (an ancient Greek district on the western coast of Asia Minor) is located near Izmir. As a port city it was a major departure point for trade routes into Asia Minor. Walk through history along marble streets lined with wonderful public buildings, among them the Baths of Scholastica, the Library of Celsus; it was built in the beginning of the 2nd century A.D. by Gaius Julius Aquila to be a memorial to his father Gaius Julius Celsus Polemanus, the proconsul of Province of Asia. , the Temple of Hadrian and The Grand Theater are two of the most impressive buildings in Ephesus. Grand theatre was built in 3rd century B.C and it was later expanded to 24.000 spectators by the Romans in the 1st century A.D.
4. Ephesus Terrace Houses
Terrace Houses is included in 2 ( Private with Terrace Houses and with Small group with Terrace Houses ) Options only. Not included in other 2 without Terrace Houses options Terrace Houses is located on skirt of Pion Mountain. There are 6 residential units which were built on three man-made terraces. These houses were settled by wealty citizens of Ephesus. These houses were very fancy decorated with wall frescoes and floor mosaics. There are many steps to ascend from bottom to top. Attention Not recommended for people who has walking difficulties and acro-phobia (fear of heights).
5. The Temple of Artemis
Our last stop is The Temple of Artemis where used to be one of the seven wonders of the ancient world as our last stop before drive back to Kusadasi town center and port
6. Kusadasi Gazi Begendi Park
Drive to Kusadasi Port and Kusadasi town center through Gazi Beğendi Park

Gorki was an amazing tour guide. The coach was comfortable and he was friendly and knowledgeable. My whole family really enjoyed the trip and he even bought my 5 year old an ice cream to top off a long day. 10 stars. I highly recommend.

Great family tour with Inknur. Great knowledgeable guide and amazing with young kids. Catered to our ability and likings. Watched our young child who was not able to enter the museum while we went in. Avoided the long lines

Inknur was out private tour guide and we had a wonderful time! We were a group of 8 and had a 4 year old with us who could not do some parts of the tour. Our 4 year old takes time to warm up to most people, but was all about Inknur and stayed with her happily during most of the tour as he got tired easily in the heat. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

We were very lucky to have Cengiz as our tour guide through Ephesus, St John Basilica, and the house of Mary. He gave us so much information on the ride to each place with maps to point out the places we would visit. We felt comfortable asking lots of questions and he took time to explain each site in detail. We definitely recommend and plan to visit again with him as our guide for other stops. It was a great experience overall!!

The entire tour was fantastic. Our tour guide Alex was extremely knowledgeable. He spoke very good English and explained everything we saw. The transportation was great as we were a group of 10. I would highly recommend booking this tour and be sure to ask for Alex.

Emma was an ideal tour guide - knowledgeable, sensitive to her client's interests, brimming with information and interesting stories, and able to bridge the gap between elderly and teen interests,. Emma provided interesting insights into Turkish culture and customs, especially her knowledge of how Turkey and China have many common historical connections. Her willingness to adjust the schedule according to our interests was appreciated. Emma is an ideal guide who is knowledgeable and eager to learn from her clients, too.
