This was the best way to end our trip in Maui. Our tour guide Lauren was fantastic! Lots of knowledge, great conversations. We took an amazing hike to this beautiful waterfall, It was called the 13 crossings I believe. This hike is filled with amazing lush canyon walls that leads to this amazing waterfall that we got to swim in. On this hike it was just my husband and I with Lauren and it was perfect. Highly recommend this company and Lauren.

Truly one of the best experiences we have completed here on Maui. Our guide, Lauren was the best from start to finish. She was so knowledgeable about the land, botany, customs, people, history etc. and shared it throughout our hike. This was a way to see some of the hidden wonders on this island while making it fun and exciting for the whole group. She also was a wealth of information on things to see, places to go, suggestions for eating and even shared it all with us in a text. Finally, Lauren took pictures on her GoPro of our entire event and shared them with us as well. You can’t go wrong on this Maui Epic Hike!

What a great time! Our guide Lauren was fantastic. She checked in with our teens to get their interests. They loved jumping off the cliff and trying different things to eat. Got to see things off the beaten path, helps when you have a guide who loves their job!

This was the perfect activity for teenagers and our guide Laureen was epic! The duration was perfect and not too long, so it didn’t drag on. Also the trip gives you a nice feel for the tropical side of the island without spending a long day touring. It was worth it not having to stress about driving and finding a good trail with fun adventurous waterfalls. The snacks and drinks were an added bonus and it was nice to have some local flavors!

If you go on this tour, I would recommend Mike. He’s very knowledgeable, funny great personality and willing to please. After the tour is done he took us to food trough that phenomenal local food and took us to this place to buy some coconuts.
Highly recommend using Mike

Our tour guide was Lauren and she was awesome! It was hiking with the right amount of adventure tailored to us. Would absolutely recommend for active people who want to see waterfalls that not many see since you have to hike through mud and rocks to get there! Loved the GoPro feature the guide had so we didn’t have to take many pics on our own and could just enjoy the adventure with the photos and videos sent at the end - would definitely recommend!

We booked multiple successful tours with Viator during our week in Hawaii and this one was sketchy. Most are run by a business, this hike is just with two individuals. Not for young kids or older adults as their website suggests. Super dangerous cliff jumps!!!
Cons:
- They encouraged our group (6 kids and 4 adults) to jump off rocks that ended up not being safe at all. Our friend hit the bottom of the pool and dislocated two bones in his foot. This was just before they encouraged our kids to dive into the pool. Major red flags.
- They suggested our group jump off a 50 ft cliff, only to learn that the only way up was via a rope straight up a sheer wall. "If you fall, I will catch you" was their only safety suggestions. We also learned that a kid hadn't jumped off it in over 30 years - yet they pressured our group of mostly kids to jump. Red flag.
- Their listing says they bring bug spray - but when we were getting eaten up they realized their can of bug spray was empty.
- They pushed one of our kids off a cliff when they were hesitant to jump.
- They say it's family friendly, but our kids 7, 8 struggled with the steep aspects of the hike and we had to carry them down on our backs.
- They offered us shots of alcohol from their trunk after the hike (probably bc they felt bad about the injury)
- They switched the meeting point last minute bc cars were getting broken into at the Safeway.
The entire hike was stressful and we all felt really lucky that we didn't get more hurt. I would not recommend this tour.
