We had good day, this city is full of history and beauty, Our guide was Gamar he was very knowledgeable and ready for Ny questions .
The lunch was in a great ocean view restaurant. .

I have been on many tours with Viator, this being the worst!!! Badly maintained car, guide not as knowledgeable as others (listened on to other guides at monuments) and when requested to take us to a local restaurant they took us there were they would get commission even though I was paying extra.
Hope my next trip with Viator will be at the same standards as Mexico, South Africa and France

In one day our superguide showed us the best of Alexandria and told us all about the rich history of this old city. Very interesting! A very service-minded chauffeur picked us up in Cairo en braught us back at the end of the day: very comfortable! We were impressed by the catacombes, the library, the fort en the mosque.

We took the tour without guide and with driver. The driver was very friendly and was effectively a guide. The response from emo tours was very good and the trip started on time. As we directly booked with the agency , they also provided us with an authorization letter as required in the visa process. As we did not include lunch, the driver did not show us many options for lunch but guided us to a hotel which is on the expensive side and is probably the one tied up with emo tours , Further he also asked us to pay him and not directly at the hotel stating that the hotel would charge more. The food was not very good especially the vegetarian dish. Nevertheless, the tour was very enjoyable.

Our guide was so good! She explained everything we saw in detail and stuck to itinerary, which I very much appreciated since it was such a long day. Lunch was very good!

The guide Mustafa was lovely. He gave us the choice of what we wanted to eat and we also asked him to leave later than 7 and we had no problem.
The tour is good but logically there is little time in each place.
Simply fantastic because of the guide we had.
They didn't take us to stores or anything like that. We also ate fish in a restaurant with sea views.

Amazing experience for our day trip to Alexandria with guide Sayed Mahmoud and Abdullah our driver. Our flight was cancelled so we booked a day tour given we had more time and it was obvious we wanted to book with Sayed again. Our first experience was delightful, he showed up on time and was very resourceful in terms of knowledge about the city, tips for travelling and places where to eat.
Always smiling, very funny and super kind, I highly recommend him as well as Abdullah who was our driver for the day. Sayed made us feel very safe (we were two girls travelling) and he even took care of negotiating some prices for souvenirs so that we have fair prices for what we wanted to buy.
We stopped by a coffee shop at the end to drink tea and smoke shisha which definitely added to the experience.
