Maran was an excellent guide. He suggested we start earlier, which was perfect because we avoided traffic and crowds at Batu Caves. Maran has an in depth knowledge of the history of Malaysia and the three religions (Hindu, Buddhist, Islam) to enrich the tour.

Kugan drove us around the main spot of KL and also gave us a lot of information about the culture of this city. He was really kind and welcoming and ran the tour according to our time without no rush.

Steve was my tour guide and he went xtra mile to make my experience unforgettable. He was a great person to have a conversation during my tour; he explained easy and understandable for me topics about Malaysia history. If you ever in Kuala Lumpur and need an excellent tour guide don’t hesitate to ask for him. 👍🏾👍🏾

This trip I thought that I had lost my money and said so in a previous review 5/15/2024. They later told me that they saved my information and would give me the tour on the date I really wanted. They lived up to their word and gave us a great tour with lots of sites. The guide was very good and we enjoyed the tour

The driver turned up an hour late due to encountering a traffic jam/accident. The head office was not immediately contactable because they were in a course. These are their explanations.

The Shangri- la hotel staff were of the opinion that the trip was expensive and that the company should have produced another driver immediately.

Both the driver and company were keen to pacify us with extra time, stops etc. Despite making it clear to the driver that we were now time poor and had no interest in chocolate, batik, pewter etc factories and would have to prioritise our interests, the driver still pulled up outside a batik factory.

In about 4 hours we covered about half of the stops listed in the description and dropped one passenger close to our hotel. While the driver would have continued we were over the experience and had other commitments.

Do NOT recommend.

Our driver Nash was great. He explained lots of things about Malaysia.
Took us to a Batik factory where we spent $$$$. We loved the Central Market and would have spent more $$$$ if we had more time there

Excellent tour. We started at the Batu caves, then the batik shop, some other stops and at the end the Chinese town. First, the driver was punctual and keep in touch via WhatsApp, which make everything pretty smooth. I really liked it because is only around 4hrs. And in every stop you have around 20min to explore the area. Profesional service, thanks Steve!!!!
