Hands down this is one of the best food tours you'll ever do. Jimmy is first an amazing chef and he really whips up a storm in this tour. There is so much food all personally prepared by him and you'll be stuffed by the quantity and blown away by the amazing quality. Jimmy is also an amazing guide and he'll share some amazing insights and take you on a lovely journey to see some of the best parts of Sydney outside the city center, including the beaches, a brewery, look out points and many more. This tour is definitely a must do for anyone.
I've done both of Jimmy's tours and whilst both are amazing, I'd say this one is hands down my favorite.

We had the best day touring Sydney beaches and eating Australian food with Jimmy. The Freshwater Rescue piece of the tour was very interesting as well. Jimmy is a great chef and a wonderful person to spend the day with. He works very hard to make the day go smoothly and he keeps you very well fed. We had a blast.

Where to begin !!! Well let's start with our host, Jimmy. He was full of energy and provided us with abundant information about the Sydney area. We started off our morning with a fabulous breakfast created by our host at Bronte Beach. Everything was absolutely delicious. We had time to look around the area before taking off for next stop. We also stopped at Bondi Beach along with Manly Beach just to name a few stops. When you thought you had the best breakfast ever, Jimmy out did himself again for our lunch. Lets not forget our new found friends we made on this excursion, Trish & Gaylen we all enjoyed spending the day with our personal chef. Anyone looking for a fantastic day trip, this is well worth the money.... (Five Stars Jimmy)

This tour was absolutely amazing! We visited several beaches around Sydney and a local Surf Life Saving Club where Jimmy prepared delicious Australian themed meals and snacks for us. We even went to a local brewery for beer/cider tasting! There was plenty of time to walk the beaches and take in the sites. Jimmy was a wealth of local knowledge and took us to some great lookouts over Sydney Harbour. It was very organized and had a fun atmosphere. HIGHLY recommend!

Jimmy was amazing! We did both of his tours (Wine Tour and Beaches Tour) on consecutive days. He's fun and entertaining and a great chef! We tried lots of Aussie things that were new to us (we're American). I would recommend Jimmy and his tour company to anyone traveling to Sydney!

This was a great tour. Jimmy is very knowledgeable about the area and is an excellent chef. He is also a safe driver. The food prepared was almost all local and some specialties. The history of the Life Saving Club was fascinating.

This is a new tour from Gourmet Getaways. Once again Jimmy scores big for his clients. Our day started with an excellent breakfast and a scenic walk to Bondi Beach. Another brilliant handcrafted lunch served after a fun tour at the famous Freshwater Surf Lifesaving Club, was a highlight. Finally, the visit to Manly to enjoy some Craft Brews and the beach, was a great way to top off our day. Jimmy does a remarkable job of making his guests feel at home, through his food, insights, and humor. 5 Stars? We’d “Dial it up to 11”.

We had gone on the Full day Hunter Valley Wine tour with Chef Jimmy the day before. We were so glad to be able to go on the beach and Aussie food tour as well. The food was superb! We were able to see many of the beaches, walk from Brontë to Bondi beach, have an amazing lunch prepared by Jimmy at the Surf Life Saving Club, stop at a microbrewery, and take a ferry from Manly to Circular Quay. As with the day before, the tour and the food exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this tour.

This was a fantastic tour. The food was excellent, activities interesting, and Jimmy (tour operator) was the so informative and accommodating.
Favorite experience was the visit to freshwater surf club where we got see some of the various techniques involved in surf lifesaving over the years. This was followed by an absolutely delicious lunch of Australian cuisine cooked by Jimmy.
It was a full day, good money's worth. Would highly recommend for foodies

My wife and I had an amazing time visiting several of Sydney's beaches both south and north of the harbor. This is a full day!
Jimmy was rather informative about the places that we visited and he provided lovely food. Lunch was specular overlooking the beach at Freshwater Surf Club.
I took many photos to record our memorable experience.
