It was wonderful day.
Actually it was my first time snorkeling. So i had a lot of worries.(actually i was scared about sea and fish) But it was useless worries. Good guide, good snorkeling tool and beautiful sea.(Other companies are too crowded and give people rough tips.)
It was the best experience in Phu quoc. Thank you for letting me experience it.
I want to recommend it to my friend visiting phu quoc.

The Onbird team did an excellent job organizing the snorkeling tour, I had a great experience from the start after booking it on Klook to the actual snorkeling tour. Delighted to have joined Charlie and Hot, who are super friendly, funny, and experienced in what they are doing. The tour was very informative, Charlie took the time to give us educational info about the coral reefs and what we were going to see. The corals are beautiful in vibrant colors, never seen something like this in other snorkeling trips in other parts of the world. A bummer that we didn't sign up with photo taking session (heard some people in my tour did it).
The staff is very caring and make sure everyone's safety and feeling comfortable. I was snorkeling beside Hot the whole tour (basically holding the rescue tool that is tied to Hot's waist) as I don't know how to swim, he always checked and made sure I am feeling OK.
After the snorkeling, we were taken back to the beach to enjoy fresh mangoes and drink. Overall, it's a 5-star experience! The team went an extra miles to promote tourism in Phu Quoc on our way back to the hotel. We look forward to seeing Phu Quoc becoming a famous travel destination in Asia.

It’s a as evident from the beginning by this is such a highly recommended tour. Charlie and the team ensured that we had a quality experience. Communication was outstanding from the onset so we knew exactly what we were going to do and how. It was really important for us to understand the tours environmental focus which is so refreshing. Charlie provided lots of information about the reef systems. His experience in diving is very evident and he has a very caring approach to his work. The snorkelling was just amazing and way beyond our expectations. It was a real feast for the eyes. Charlie AKA ‘The Purple Snorkel’ you put a smile on our faces and gave us many laughs, thank you for a wonderful experience. And it’s Anenanananamy, I got the video😂😂😂

the team from onBird does a really great job. we booked online and they sent us all the information from pick up to drop off and the information we needed to prepare everything for our upcoming snorkel trip as for clothing, what to bring and everything else you need to know about the whole trip. from the beginning we felt well informed and that they really care about the environment and the people they show these beautiful places. we were a group of nine people and went to nice snorkel spots which have not been crowded at all. before you get into the water they told us about what we will see and what we have to take care of at every spot. the places must be protected and be taken care of so they even collect trash, thats really awesome! after snorkeling we had some time to chill out at a nice beach with drinks, fruits and sunbeds provided. driving back with the speedboat to the harbour at sunset town we even enjoyed an early sunset. we had a great time with the onBird team and recommend them for people that want to do a small, environmental friendly trip to the southern islands of phu quoc. thank you onBird, you guys do great!

We had an amazing time. We loved his care and concern for our safety but also for us to have a good time. So glad we did a private tour as we could move on to the next location when we were ready. On our last snorkeling spot we saw so many beautiful anemone and clown fish plus so many brightly coloured corals! We paid a bit more to do it privately but it was so worth it

Compared to other places, the visibility was very good and the colours of the coral were amazing. I liked how Charlie told us about the different types of reef and fish to look out for, and it was so good to hear them give us advice about not harming the coral and not feeding the fish which you don't always get from other companies. The gear was really good too, it looked like new. It was great that John took photos too, and was careful to make sure we all had equal tome. They both spoke excellent English and were extremely polite. The office was excellent with communication also, always keeping us updated on weather and pick up times. I would highly recommend this company, especially for any beginners as they guide you in the water too, they don't just leave you off the back of a boat like some tours!

My friend and I had an amazing afternoon with OnBird Snorkelling and we would highly recommend doing one of their tours. Minty and Jack were amazing guides and very knowledgeable about the coral reef and fish. We normally go for cheaper tours but we were really glad we paid a bit more money to go with these guys as we were in a small group and the coral reefs they took us to weren't overcrowded with lots of other tours. Minty and Jack were also really attentive to everyone's needs and made it a really fun experience. It is 100% worth every penny 😊

Our favourite of the two trips, both were excellent! The second stop of the southern trip was absolutely stunning, we were very lucky that the water was so clear and we could see such beautiful corals and tropical fish! The staff were kind and helpful to those less able to swim, and the equipment provided is very good quality! Couldn’t recommend Onbird more!
