This was the worst tour ever , the tour guy had no idea dinner was included.. Viator representative made us book several tours with the exact itinerary.
It was an headache while on vacation trying to get help with a refund because of the time difference. I feel if I book a tour with Viator they should look out for their customers especially when they are in a foreign country. I pray they do the right thing and give me my refund because I will contact my credit company and file a complaint.
