I'm Francesca, passionate about cooking and gastronomy. I learned the art of fresh pasta from my grandmother in her pasta shop, where we started to host this experience. Then I moved it at my house, a true pasta workshop in a beautiful villa on top of the hills, with a stunning view of Florence. I founded “Francyspasta” in 2017, that won several Airbnb Experiences awards, and changed completely my life in better.Time after time I created a group of passionate hosts like me, and now we are a crew of pasta makers, Gaia, Luisa, Tommaso, all very special people who will make our time together unique, in the magical atmosphere of our workshop-house, full of love, light and art in the heart of our splendid Tuscany.

Absolutely loved the cooking class! The view was breathtaking. The meal was delicious and the wine was flowing!! My family and I had the best time! We would recommend this tour/class to anyone coming to Florence!

By far, the absolute best travel experience/activity I’ve ever done. I could not recommend this anymore. My husband and I had the BEST morning with Francys Pasta class. We had Chef Tom who was phenomenal. He was so nice and calm which made the entire experience so lovely. He was informative and helpful but also patient. We did a morning class that began at 10am. The location is a stunning home that looks over the Tuscan hills and city of Florence. In the course of 3 hours, we made truffle ricotta ravioli in a sage butter sauce, pesto spaghetti & potato gnocchi tossed in a classic red tomato sauce all from scratch. The morning was fun but relaxing as we made our pasta, enjoyed some wine, local cheeses and bruschetta overlooking Tuscany. We spent 2 weeks in Italy and this was our favorite part of the trip!

We enjoyed our experience so much. We ended being with a great group of people that made it all the better. Louisa and Tomas were excellent hosts and the food was delicious! The wine they served was very good and the views from the venue were beautiful.

Our family has been fortunate to have had a lot of experiences. This is among our favorite, ever. Francy was on vacation and we were hosted by Luisa and Thomas. It couldn’t have been better. In a relaxed and fun environment we learned to make pasta then ate a multi-course dinner. The views were spectacular and the perspective of seeing where Italians live outside of Florence is memorable.

We had the privilege of participating in Francy's Pasta and Gnocchi on Top of Florence Hills. The views from her villa are stunning. But more than that, Francy and her assistant made us feel right at home. They put us to work, and taught us how to make home-made bruschetta, ravioli, gnocchi, spaghetti, pesto sauce, and pomodoro sauce. Best of all, we got to eat it and it was delicious! Thank-you Francy for this wonderful culinary experience!

This experience was by far my friend and I's favorite. Louisa and Tomaso created a great environment and we left loving those who we cooked with. Truly a phenomenal experience and the view from the home was the icing on the cake.

This was easily one of the best parts of our entire trip to Italy, no question. When looking into cooking classes, it was really important to us to find something that felt real and authentic, which is exactly what this was. Francy and Luisa were so personable, helpful, excellent teachers, fun to be around, and helped us make genuinely delicious food! The entire experience extremely well run and organized, and they also did a wonderful job of helping us meet and socialize with the other people in the group which helped make the experience that much more enjoyable. I genuinely can't recommend this trip enough!

Francy was so welcoming in her family home. We loved the event, met great people, had amazing views and great food! Did quite a bit in only 3 hours.
