Overall a fun experience with Tino and learn a lot about Korea in general. He went out of his way to help us through out the day.

First of all, our tour guide, Katherine, was just adorable. So sweet and great at what she does! So none of our criticisms are about her. She was just lovely.
About the tour itself…we met at a meeting point early in the morning. Some of the participants weren’t on time, and the tour waited for 10 minutes on them. We’d already been warned there see his be traffic, and we would depart promptly. Anyway, we arrived at the rail bikes and waited for almost an hour as a group while our tour guide took lunch orders.
The rail bikes were honestly completely boring. Walking along the river would give more of a view.
We’d understood this was lunch was on our own. This was a key reason I chose this tour. We’re vegetarian and wanted options. Instead, we all went to one restaurant and were only given chicken as the option of a main dish. We basically had 4 side dishes for 39,000W. No other option was given. We felt ripped off by the mediocre, forced lunch.
Honestly, we really wish we’d just taken a private transport to Nami island. Because of all the waiting, we didn’t even get to enjoy it very long. Incredibly disappointing.

We originally planned on going by ourselves but then realized it was hard to get there so we decided to book this tour. Our tour guide Rosie helped me practice my Korean and gave me some tips. The negative thing was the limited time at the different places. I would wish maybe half an hour more, especially at the garden of morning calm where it felt like we had to rush.

Nami island scenery was really pretty to take pics, as well in the garden of morning glory. Kids enjoyed the zip wire to the island. Didn’t know there was a waterpark with fun rides, but probably not enough time as part of the trip. We have to go on our own.
Rail bike was really fun with the family and amazing scenery.
Tour guide was gd, maintained time well and felt like a personalised tour as group was small.
Worth the trip when visiting Korea. Need to experience during autumn or spring when colours wd be different.

We booked this tour very last minute but so glad we did! The tour was well organised with enough time for each activity. Jesse was friendly and welcoming, making it easy to ask questions. He even took group photos which was much appreciated!
I was most impressed with his inclusivity of Muslim travellors in offering a halal resturaunt for lunch which gave many of us piece of mind. I would definatly book other tours and recommend to friends and family. Thanks again Jesse (Jaemin)! From your Group 8 chinggus ☺️

Railbike tour was a lot of fun. Great photo ops around the premises for all three locations. Tour guide K oppa was terrific! He speaks multiple languages and does a great job keeping the group organized and on time

Our tour guide Jesse was amazing! From the beginning to the end, he communicated directions and what to expect each step of the way. The tour itself was wonderful as well. Nami Island and the garden was our favorite part. We had just enough time at each location. Thank you so much, Jesse!
