Education tour
I was with my husband’ and 2 other friends on this tour, was amazed with the abundance of history in Soweto that help to shape South Africa to end the Apartheid. Our guide “MK” was so brilliant, bicycle were in Good conditions, we received water and guided in the museum!. Round up transportation we’re served to our private tour.
We highly recommend this company and Mk who have gone extra mile with customer service.

Firstly our driver was an hour late. So we had to be picked up by an Uber driver. Then they used a volunteer - who was very good - but he said he doesn't get paid and he is very thirsty. We were suppose to get water and a helmut. But didn't get any one of the 2. Apparently in Soweto you don't wear helmets??? I think they borrowed the bikes from kids on the street. The one bikes peddles didn't even match. We paid over R4000 for 3 people!!!!! Such a rip off!!!!

M.K. was a great guide, very knowledgeable and passionate about the history of Soweto. My husband and I learned a lot from him. M.K. was on time to pick us up at our hotel. The bikes, however, were not in good working condition and were a struggle to ride, particularly when we were riding against traffic in small lanes. We were guided to the former homes of Nelson and Winnie Mandela and Desmond Tutu and the site of the 1976 student uprising. We also made several stops with heavy pressure to purchase local wares, drink beer (fee not included) and toured Nazamo Park, a shantytown community in the Orlando East area of Soweto.

It was a very nice biketour. The very bad thing about it was that our guide was paid a minor amount, less than 5% of what we paid, even though he also arranged the bikes from his friends.

Tour was awesome!!! We had lots of fun. Our guide M.K was very nice and considered. The whole experience was incredible. We were able to learn a lot about the history and the people. There are some hills in Soweto, me and my mom had to hop off the bike some times and just walk. We felt safe all the time.
