If you wish an amazing tour, scenic, terrific and nearly out of this world, this is the ideal excursion to take while staying in Sorrento or also as a shore tour from Naples port. Amalfi Coast is what you are looking for. The drivers all speak a very fluent English and can provide you not only the safest journey, but also some interesting facts and info all the way. The tour lasts about 9 hrs and it includes the following itinerary. Positano, Amalfi and Ravello.

1. Positano
It is considered to be the pearl of the divine coast for its vertical architecture developed on the slopes of a steep cliff overlooking a magnificent emerald colour sea. Steps and steps everywhere round the small centre full of colourful shops selling all the most different local products: clothes, ceramics and the delicious local cakes. Its parish church dominates the whole village with a magnificent majolica tiles paved dome. The drive starts with the most impressive view over the Bay of Salerno, the winding road is full of delightful corners for photo stops and charming outlook over the most splendid emerald coloured sea. Positano bites deep. It is a dream place that isn’t quite real when you are there and becomes beckoningly real after you have gone. Its houses climb a hill so steep it would be a cliff except that stairs are cut in it. I believe that whereas most house foundations are vertical, in Positano they are horizontal.
2. Amalfi
Certainly the most famous town of the coast for its glorious past having been the oldest maritime republic and still preserving monuments proving it, like the Duomo, the remains of the arsenal and one of the oldest Italian paper factory. Also considered the mother land of Flavio Gioia the presumed inventor of the sea compass. The town centre is worth of a visit also for shopping purposes.
3. Ravello
The town of Ravello is for sure the best place where to leave the crowds and where to enjoy the quiet of a village, where most of the historical centre is still untamed, and still recalling the magnificence of the grand private residences once belonging to the most important local noble families. The most famous of them is opened to the public “villa Rufolo”, dating back to 11th century, belonged to the family with the same name and in the 19th century sheltered Richard Wagner, who was inspired by the beauty of its gardens and the views for the composition of the 2nd act of its Parsifal. One more too, is worth of visiting, though 15 min. walk from the main square, Villa Cimbrone*.

The BEST! A large comfortable vehicle, beautiful views almost every meter, lunch at an establishment where the food was delicious and the focus of the staff was caring for you. What could make this even better?

Francisco was our driver and we had an amazing day. Beautiful stops for pictures, history lessons as we drove and laughs along the way. I would highly recommend this tour and it would be a bonus for you if you got the same driver.

Amazing trip today with Roberto to the Amalfi coast. He briefed us at the beginning of the trip to ensure everything we hoped for in our trip would be met. He took us to an incredible restaurant - Torre Normanna, with the most stunning views and a beautiful private beach club at the restaurant. When we visited the Amalfi beach area, we realised how spoilt we were to go to the beach club. We had the best tour we could ever have wished for and saw so much more than you would see in a group tour. Nothing was a problem for Roberto. Thank you so much for a wonderful day.

The views were amazing, the drivers are very gentle and drive safely. Stopped at various places to take pictures. They did all their best to accomodate us. Highly recommended.

We have just spent an amazing 6 days in Sorrento. Huge thank you and 5 star recommendation to Luisa Sorrentosilverstar Tizzano Luisa and our tour guides Francesco & Roberto.
We are a family of 7 and booked with Luisa for 2 day trips. Communication was great and Luisa was very helpful.
Our first day trip…
Roberto took us from Sorrento to Pompeii & Vesuvius, booked us a wonderful lunch, was great with our kids/teens and very accomodating.
Luisa suggested booking a guide for Pompeii, which she organised. Guide was very kind, fluent in English and very knowledgeable.
Our second day trip…
Francesco took us to from Sorrento all along the coast to Positano & Amalfi. He was very knowledgeable about the area, booked us a fantastic lunch, stopped so we could swim and took us to all the wonderful photo spots.
Both tours were an amazing experience, and we will definitely book you again when we are back!

Roberto our driver picked us up at Naples & drove us to Sorrento, Positano & around to the Amalfi coast & beyond. He was polite & easy going & more importantly spoke English so we could have a conversation. He told us so much about the area and we had a beautiful lunch in Ravello, thanks to his recommendation.
Definitely the way to explore and worth the money as it was stress free and relaxing in the comfort of an air conditioned Mercedes Van.

I highly recommend this tour. Our family of four (2 adult children) had the most amazing day and evening touring Amalfi, Ravello and Positano with Roberto. We had the perfect amount of time to explore each town on our own. Roberto gave us recommendations for what to see and where to eat and even made us a dinner reservation for a meal we will never forget. Grazie Mille!

Everything was superlative. From our departure from Castellamare di Stabia, where Roberto picked us up, the trip itself to all the towns on the Coast, Amalfi, Positano, Ravello, the villas with amazing views, and in the evening Roberto made us a reservation at a very beautiful restaurant, with a beautiful view of Vesuvius and the sea, and the food was delicious. We definitely recommend them to all our friends and family.
