Angelo is a pastry chef who, together with his wife Enza and his sons Mario and Umberto, manage the Pasticceria da Angelo. Determination, curiosity, a spirit of resourcefulness characterize the story of this professional who has always dedicated himself to white art. The course intends to provide the basis for the preparation of traditional desserts including "Babà", "LEMON DELIGHT", "NEAPOLITAN BRUSHED".
with the explanation relating to the raw materials to be used and the preparation of the product. At the end there will be a tasting with a pairing of typical local liqueurs.

We had a wonderful time making pastries in Tremonti. Our guide, Ivo, was so awesome and it was great to have him with us. Not only did he provide information about the towns we were driving through on our way to the patisserie, but he also acted as our translator during the actual experience. Of course the pastries speak for themselves, and the owners were so nice and welcoming. I would highly recommend booking this tour to get a taste of local culture (away from the touristy areas) on the Amalfi coast!

Our family of 8 ranging from 17 to 60 had an amazing experience. Very friendly, funny, knowledgeable and patient.
Highly recommend if visiting the Amalfi coast.
