Great trip! Our tour guide in Wieliczka, Agnieszka, was amazing - telling sone stories and anecdotes about Wieliczka as well as facts. It was a great trip.
Also our driver, Artur, was very friendly and answered any additional questions I had.
It was a fun trip- not too long not too short, just perfect!

Really enjoyed the tour filled with beautiful sculptures and very insightful, however my partner and I felt very rushed to return to our driver, I received several phone calls regarding our return to transport, considering the start time of our tour pickup had been changed twice which were both very last minute we thought we would have been given the opportunity to enjoy the full tour and not be put under unnecessary pressure, I believe this was quite unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend this form of transport again less stars given due to experience with transport company

A very well organised and enjoyable tour. There were 7 of us in the party and the driver was waiting for us ahead of schedule. He parked close to the Saltmines, guided us to the correct queue, handed out our tickets and waited with us until the tour began. At the end of the tour we met back at the same drop off point and were taken back to our hotel in Krakow. The driver was polite, courteous and helpful throughout. We would definitely use Top Tours again.

Well worth a visit, however if you have difficulty walking you will find it a struggle lots of walking & steps. Tours guides were very knowledgeable but if you were in a large group as we were,sometimes we would find it difficult to hear everything.

Picked up on time. Spectacular place. Great guide. Wear decent footwear it's a huge place! Although there are 380 plus stairs to descend down at the beginning, it was not as claustrophobic as l thought it would be based on other people's reviews. It was well ventilated. Tours are well organised.

Couldn’t fault this tour. We booked this trip with a time slot but was given a different time slot for pick up. Absolutely not a problem as it was explained in the booking process.
The driver was very good and stayed with us until we entered the mine.
The mine itself was amazing with lots of steps. Again as explained, however they were not altogether, which really did help.
Thank goodness there is a lift to take you back up
