Learn how to make homemade fresh pasta easily and successfully. If you have flour and eggs you can make pasta and we will teach you the secrets. We will teach you to make RAVIOLI, TORTELLINI and TAGLIATELLE in a location in the centre of Florence. We will cook all the pasta we have prepared with 2 different sauces (tomato sauce and butter and sage) and we will then taste all together the pasta.
We will give you organic Tuscan wine produced with natural methods and bottled in our cellar called "Dalle Nostre Mani". Every participant will receive English instructions for making pasta at home, easily and successfully, by email at the end of the experience.

This class is great for all ages!!! The teacher was excellent and was with us every step. He was wonderful with my 8 year old and acted like age didn’t matter. Anyone visiting Florence should try this class!!!

What a great time just making pasta and new friends! My family and I had a wonderful time. Our instructor (I apologize but I can't recall her name) was just super fantastic! I would recommend this to anyone coming to Florence.

This class had all of the ingredients to be great, but if I’m completely honest it fell a bit flat for me. There were 22 of us on arrival, we were split into 2 groups and while all the other couples/friends were put in one group, me and my partner were grouped with a family of ten with young children. It wasn’t that they weren’t very nice, they were, but we spent most of the class taking photos for them and listening while they pacified their children. When we sat down to eat there was red wine on the table, but white had to be bought, and was only available by the bottle (we don’t drink red). Lastly, on leaving the other group were enjoying a wine tasting in the meet and greet area, something I’d read about in the reviews, while we were wished a pleasant evening and sent on our way. I don’t want to sound like a crotchety winge bag, but I was hoping for a boozy, fun session and it wasn’t that. Maybe I’m being unreasonable and need to manage my expectations, but we did a similar class in Seville last year and it was great fun. Sadly, for me, this was just ok.

The best part about this class was learning how to make the shapes of pasta by hand. I found that to be informative. This is a very very basic pasta making class, and it was actually taught by a young man in high school. He was very nice, but I feel like if you were taking a pass the class in Florence, you should be learning from a chef and not from a high school student, in addition, the table is very low for adults. It could be a little higher. It was fin though

We had so much fun in our pasta making class. There were 5 of us there. I took my 3 daughters ages 11, 14, 16 and our instructor Camilla made it fun and easy for us all. Never a dull moment and tasted amazing. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fun and tasty experience in Florence.
