We will prepare two classic dishes of the Italian tradition that every Sunday are present on the tables of every self-respecting Italian family.
We will do both a historical / theoretical introduction and then move on to the practical part where you can make with your hands two gourmet dishes that have made Italy famous in the world

We had a great time, the host was exceptional and the pasta was absolutely delicious. The wine and dessert were also very nice.

Yasmine was so wonderful, she was knowledgeable and personable as well as funny! We made a delicious lasagna and had the choice between fettuccine and spaghetti, the only complaint was there was not unlimited wine. We were with a family who was so fun and kind, my fiancé and I had the best experience ever I would HIGHLY recommend!!!

Francesca is a wonderful teacher. We loved her stories of her Nona ! The class was very easy to follow , and the results of our cooking was superb. Maybe was actually the best pasta we had in Florence !.

This was fantastic! Antonella was amazing and made the whole class such an experience and so enjoyable.
The setting is brilliant and very homely, the class itself is great and you get to eat the food you make at the end of the class. We now have the menu to take home and will be making fresh pasta going forward using the techniques we have.
Antonella really is brilliant and treats you like family. There was never a dull moment and it was very educational. Would definitely recommend.

They did a great job from coaching us on how to make the pasta to the finished product. The only issue was the address of where the class was to be held was incorrect and needs updated
