The tour was great! Nenee was knowledgeable and pleasant, good English. We learned a lot of history and murals code characters. Loved the tour !

Our guide was very sweet & knowledgeable. My rating isn’t about her at all. It’s about the tour & what you get for the amount you pay. It’s not worth it. Go on your own. & honestly, it will be quicker. Two places only have 1 mural each & are free to get into (one being a restaurant). The third place is free to enter on Sundays, which is when we happened to go (or maybe it’s always free?). All within a block of each other. Any hotel you are staying at can give you these 3 places. This was a revelatory experience and my guide, Neeme, made it so. Not only is she a delightful companion, she offered detailed, nuanced explanations and perspective, which truly deepened my understanding of Mexican history. It was like taking an advanced seminar in art history. Brava!

This was an eye-popping, revelatory experience for me, and I am so glad I signed up! Neene, my guide, was so insightful and enthusiastic - not to mention just good company! - and I finished the tour feeling so much more appreciative of Mexico’s rich anthropological and social history as illustrated by these wonderful murals. Honestly, you will feel as though you attended a top notch college arts seminar.

Our guide Neene was very knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining the intricacies of the murals in English. Through this incredible art she explained much about Mexican history, culture and politics.

This was the first of two wonderful tours we did with our guide, Nenee. She gave us an excellent introduction to the mural tradition in Mexico and the incredible murals at the Museo Belle Artes. Would highly recommend this tour.

Had a wonderful tour with Neene. I highly recommend her. The murals of Diego Rivera and others were simply awesome to see. More important, Neene had a depth of knowledge and passion that made the experience. She skillfully wove the story of the murals into the log history and culture of Mexico and as a result enriched not only this tour, but our whole trip to Mexico. As we toured other areas and events we thought back to the messages of Neene and how they also applied to other experiences in Mexico. A great tour.
