Panama Canal and City Tour Experience

What a fantastic day in Panama city! The tour started with a pick-up from my hotel at the designated time, 7:20 am. Richard, the guide, was friendly and knowledgeable about his home country. He provided excellent explanations of the places and historical landmarks we visited. He is also great at taking photos:) The highlight of the tour was the canal, and we arrived there early to get a good viewing spot as well as a close-up pictures of a cargo ship. The rest of the day was truly memorable, including driving on the Bridge of the Americas and visiting key spots in the old part of town, Casco Viejo.
Thank you for an amazing day, and I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a historic, picturesque holiday in Central America.

Arrived to the canal just in time to see a ship pass through the lock. The city tour was really informative and we saw a lot of the city, including the not so nice parts. Our guide was really knowledgeable.

We had an amazing time learning about the Panama Canal and traveling through the city with Richard our tour guide. He was an amazing tour guide and showed how much he loves Panama with how much information he shared. If you want to learn about Panama and its history of the canal, definitely book this excursion! Richard is amazing!! The title is a bit misleading as it mentions half day but the tour itself is not half day. It’s more like all day. So for future reference, just make sure to tell the clients that it will be most of the day.

Richard was a great guide. Informative and made sure we saw all the highlights of the city and the canal. Got us to the canal as the last ship was moving through the lock so we didn't miss it.

This tour was worth every bit of my day out...hosted by driver/tour guide Tony he made the day very personal with lots of information about Panama it's history and its people...though it was the two of us on this tour it was quite good...everything was planned and timed to suit every bit of the itinerary

Tony was professional...from hotel pickup to drop off, the day ran smooth...the Panama canal with it's engineering wonder to all our stops at the Bride of the Americas to Amador Causeway, Casco Viejo and top it off with lunch at the Mariscos...all made for a lovely day...I highly recommend this tour if you only have a short time in Panama City and wants to hit the main highlights.

Unfortunately, it rained most of the time, but we did get to see the Panama Canal and watch the movie. Our driver Tony took us to the seafood market where we ate delicious food!

We had such a great time with Richard! He was knowledgeable and fun. We took a private tour so we could move at our own place. There was so much packed in the half day tour. I would definitely recommend this tour and Richard again. OMG and lunch was THEE BEST

The tour was the highlight of our trip to Panama! Our guide was exceptional! His knowledge of the sites and level of customer service exceeded our expectations. We saw several sites and had the opportunity to take plenty of pictures. If you plan to visit Panama you MUST take this tour!
