This was my second time in Florence with the first being my study abroad experience. It was great to find a tour that was focused on haunted/spookiness and in a wonderful city like Florence, so much history and things to learn. The tour itself pointed out several places/sites that I'd like to visit on my next trip there, and the guide Francesca was amazing! She was very knowledgable and fun to roam around the city with. I would recommend this to any level of travel to Florence as you're bound to learn something you didn't know.

We are a family of five, with 3 teenagers. All of us enjoyed the history and sights. The walk wasn’t hard and our guide was great. If you are looking for a fun, low key evening activity, I would recommend this tour.

It's been a magnificent experience. It was our first free tour and better could not have been. Sabrina, a splendid guide, made the experience super interesting and mysterious. The truth that no complaint to the contrary I recommend.

Great to hear about the other, darker side of Florence. The tour guide had a really clear voice and was easy to understand. Having done a standard walking tour too there was no duplication. My only criticism would be the size of the group, a bit too big really.

Nice tour around the old town of Florence, many interesting stories of the past and relevant facts that unknown, makes our walk become more interesting, our Light Guide spoke very clearly and always kept everyone very involved in his stories, we traveled with our children 12 and 13 years and were happy too
