we used happy shuttle to get from the airport to the hotel zone. They make it easy, smooth, and we’re on time. Highly recommend for your trip to Cancun.

I can’t recommend Happy Shuttle. I booked round trip from CUN Airport to my hotel. The wait upon arrival was acceptable and service went well. Nothing spectacular. Clean vehicle, friendly driver.
Where things went wrong: our flight was delayed. I contacted HappyShuttle. The first 3 calls put me in a loop of recordings and I could not reach anyone. I tried again 15 minutes later and got right thru. I explained my situation and there solutions was for me to pay an extra $60 to rebook.
They do not monitor the airlines for changes on the outbound flight.
