Mark did a great job, was very knowledgeable and kept everyone together. Turtles were great but the cenote was amazing.

Alana the tour guide was great and very knowledgeable and made this an awesome experience! We got to see turtles, fish, abs a stingray. The cenote was really great as well.

My family really enjoyed snorkeling with the sea turtles and swimming through the underground cenote. Our guide Maryna was very knowledgeable and friendly.

We were a group of 14 (four families who were all friends; 8 adults + 6 kids ages 11-16). We had a great experience! Jose picked us up from the hotel and got us from place to place safely and on time. Fernando was an engaging and fun photographer with some pretty impressive equipment and skills.
Eric, our tour guide, was a huge asset. His descriptions of what to expect, answers to our questions, and his explanations of how the ecosystems surrounding the cenotes and sea turtles, leveraging his environmental engineering background, were all excellent (in English!) and helpful. We all learned a lot and Eric's guidance significantly enriched our experience.
The cenotes were impressive, and after swimming to our hearts' content underground we were treated to all the empanadas and tacos (handmade tortillas!) we could eat. They were really tasty, and it was fun to eat tortillas we could watch being made right there. They had veggie, chicken, and pork tacos, so there was something for everyone. The mosquitos after we emerged from the cenotes were no joke, but the repellent and smoke system did a good job of keeping them at bay.
After cenotes and tacos, we made our way to a cove for some snorkeling. The conditions were excellent, and we saw 4 sea turtles, 2 sting rays, and numerous brilliant fish. Some of the sea turtles got so close (the guides kept us in compliance and from disturbing the wildlife). Fernando's water camera quote some amazing memories!
Overall it was a great experience, and we were all so thankful to the dream team of Eric, Fernando, and Jose!

Eric, our guide, was friendly, hyped and well informed. All 14 of our group had a great time. The food was delicious and the fresh made tortillas were amazing. Jose was our driver - a man of few words but kept us well stocked with water and safe.
Fernando took amazing photos of all of us. Our kids really enjoyed the cenotes experience and seeing the turtles.

It was amazing. Our guild was so friendly, helpful, and informative. We got to see plenty of turtles as well as a stung ray. Will definitely do this again.

Our Family of ten enjoyed a wonderful tour with Mark from the Netherlands and Gonzalo (aka Chikies) We started with pick up at our hotel on time, the were actually early but did not rush us. Mark was very welcoming and explained the day. Because of our large group it was just us which gave us that personal tour feel. We first went to swim with the turtles. We say turtles, a small sting ray, a puffer fish (not puffed) and so many amazing fish. He explained the importance of protecting the ocean and not touching the animals for their safety and for future generations to enjoy. It was my first time snorkeling and he gave great advice on how and what to do. It was amazing!! Then we had a short drive to the Cenote where they provided cold bottle water and bananas for us. Great touch! The Cenote is beautiful. One member of our group has bad eye sight and does not like tight areas and at first freaked out. Mark did a fantastic job with her and held her hand as we started the tour. She loved everything and wanted pictures to prove she did it!! Water was refreshing as Mark put it at first but so worth it and we were comfortable in just a few minutes. Water is crystal clear and you can see the bottom the entire time. They added lights so it’s just a beautiful treasure to enjoy. Mark went at our pase which was wonderful so we were able to take it all in. When we came out we were feed delicious empanadas made by true Mayan descendants. They were the best thing we had on our trip so far. We actually purchased a few extras. Finally we were taken to see our pictures. Now I was worried because she was taking pictures of two groups and I only saw her during our posed pictures. But WOW! Photos were stunning and she got more then I thought. I think her name was Jessica but she captured the most amazing moments for us. Also, our driver Chikies was our personal guard - lol. We were able to keep all our personal items in the van and he watched them with his life, as he put it. It gave us all such peace of mind knowing he was watching our items. I would give this tour and staff a 10! We tipped them well as they really knocked it out of the park for us. I will book with this company again!

The tour was so fun! We saw turtles and a stingray. The cenote is quite cold ! but really cool to see. The tour guide Diego was super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Awesome tour experience! Originally had been scheduled for a Wednesday, but due to storms, they reached out the day before to reschedule
Pickup at our hotel was exactly on time. Sophie was an incredible tour guide, very helpful at the beach as we got prepared for snorkeling. Spent about 30-40 minutes in the water, saw 4 turtles, sting ray, fish, even on a cloudy day it was easy to see everything!
After Akumal, went to a great cenote, spent about 40 minutes swimming around seeing the cave (decently large in size). Not too crowded our day, as there were only two tours there at that time
Snack of empanadas was tasty , and pictures from the photographer were reasonable price so we bough them. Was also able to take some of my own pictures so it was a great day. Got picked up at 745 and we’re back around 2:30. Thanks so much to Sophie!!
