I didn’t go on my trip. I wanted over an hour, we kept getting told that the boat was coming every 10 minutes. The police even came and told the tour helper to put his book away and that we should not be sitting there for over 10 minutes. Other operators were calling our operator, asking where he was. Finally at noon, he said the boat was there checked us in and we still waited another 15 minutes. Because we were in checked in Viator will not give us a refund. You’re better off going down to the marina and finding an operator in person.
