We were picked up right on time; Driver met us with a sign at international arrivals. He was very friendly and professional. he dropped us at our destination and helped us with the bags. Would recommend this service to anyone. Getting a taxi at an airport is always stressful and confusing. UBER works sometimes but you must have an international phone service plan, and we always buy a local phone chip after we arrive.

Ended up just putting me into a taxi and then making us pay an additional 10,000 pesos as the driver waiting for us. Would've been way less to just take a cab. Not recommended.

There were flight issues, and unfortunately the local contact information did not work. After many attempts, I was not able to contact the local company. The services were not completed. We had to request a transfer through Uber.

Our flight from Rio was delayed but our driver was there waiting with a sign with our name on it. He was polite, courteous and very professional. He is an asset to your company

After the booking the driver text via WhatsApp introducing himself and explaining he would be on arrivals with signal with our name on it. Our flight arrived on time. The passport control and baggage pick up was very fast. When we walked out on the arrivals area, we did not see the sign. I texted the driver and he said he was very shortly on his way. Indeed, Yamil arrived couple of minutes, helped us with the luggage, and we had a smooth and safe trip to the hotel, which he dropped us off right in front of.

The car was not as advertised. It was too small. We barely got our three suitcases in. My husband and I had our carry on bags on our lap in a small back seat. Also VERY difficult to find him outside the airport in Buenos Aires. Many cars were coming and going. He parked several lanes over. We had to drag our bags one at a time over to his car that he was guarding across a busy arrival area. Pleasant person that we were able to use Whatsapp to communicate.

Reserving and communication went smoothly. Pedro was waiting for us with a sign as soon as we collected our luggage. Van was sparkling clean. Ride was smooth. This option was less expensive than some others but we are so glad we chose it!

Booking contracted to a Taxi service, good communication through booking process and received message from driver day before to confirm pickup point.

Our flight landed about 30 minutes late but our driver arrived much later. We couldn’t find any way to contact aviator to confirm that we were going to be picked up. Finally, after basically giving up, our driver arrived. We had requested a large sedan knowing we had too much luggage. A small sedan with an even smaller than normal trunk was our ride. At first our driver said that we wouldn’t fit, but we asked that he try and we made it. I understand that it was New Years Eve, but there was no contact letting us know that our ride would be late (we have been contacted via WhatsApp in the past).

Driver was on-time and very professional. Didn't speak much English, I know only a little Spanish. So we didn't talk much, but he was nice.
