Upon EARLY arrival of half our party our driver told us he could not wait for the other half who were 20 minutes behind us. Your policy was a 1 hour wait. Consequently the remaining part of our party had to pay an additional 60 euros for transport to the hotel. That additional cost should have been yours SO A REFUND IS IN ORDER.

We used the one-way transfer service from the Dublin Airport to our hotel to join our tour group and it was a very seamless experience. The transfer company reached out via What's App since we didn't have a data plan in destination, and we corresponded about pick up location and timing. Our wait was less than 5 minutes, and our driver Zeeshan was great helping with our bags. He provides some insight about Dublin and points of interest. All in all, it was a great experience and I highly recommend this service.

We were about an hour late arriving and then had to wait about 30 minutes for the luggage to arrive. Then to find out we were missing a piece of luggage, it took another 1/2 hour to make the claim. This incurred an additional charge for our ride (which I agreed to pay). It was very stressful through no fault of our own! We did have a safe ride to our hotel.

We waited over 2 hours for our driver. We tried calling our driver. Our driver never showed. We had to seek other transportation which, for 8 people, is not easy to do without planning. I reached out to Viator and they said they’d look into the matter. I have heard nothing from them in 5 days. When I get home from my trip, I will be working with my credit card company to withdraw the payment.
It’s a shame because we booked through Viator after having a good experience last year.
