3 of us just had the best day in the stunning Douro Valley. Anselmo our guide was amazing. We learnt so much from him about the Wine / Port making in the area, with wonderful samples along the way. After witnessing the most beautiful views of the valley and the river meandering through, with only birds to listen to (stunning) we stopped at a tiny village. Anselmo produced the freshest Pastel De Nata ever to have with our farmers Port sample. The day just got better and better. Amazing views, fabulous lunch and the wines of course, all with the best guide. We honestly could not recommend Anselmo enough! Thank you !!!

Anselmo was great guide, and we had an amazing trip for my son’s birthday. Even though a marathon had us change our plans he took us to some amazing views and too some great wineries. Would highly recommend

We had such an amazing time and felt that we not only got to learn more about the region and try local port, wine & cuisine, but Anselmo also gave us an insight into local life which made the experience really authentic & memorable.

Excellent guided bicycle excursion along less touristic sightseeings in Porto. We obtained modern and powerful e-bikes at small additonial price what was quite essential as my wife and I are 70+! The trip was sometimes challenging and a bit adventurous, but our guide Anselmo was very entertaining and we had a lot of fun. Very recommendable!!

We had an amazing day with Anselmo! On his suggestion we opted for the scenic route and an extra tasting instead of the boattrip, this was a great choice. We also got the lunch option, this was a very nice three course lunch with great wine and port. Anselmo is very knowledgeable about the region and knows just the right places to go to. Moreover, Anselmo is a very nice and fun guy to be around. All this resulted in a beautiful and relaxed day in Douro valley. One we would definitely recommend!

Anselmo provided my wife and I with a memorable day tour of the Douro Valley. He picked us up on time at the pre-arranged meeting spot and had water available for us in the car. We opted to skip the boat tour portion of the trip, so Anselmo took us on some winding scenic roads and also stopped at multiple scenic spots to allow us to take many photos. Anselmo was very knowledgeable about grape growing and wine making and gave us behind the scenes tours at each winery stop. Coffee in the morning and all wine tastings and lunch were excellent. This was a perfect private tour to help celebrate our anniversary.

Spent an amazing day touring the Douro Valley with Anselmo. He knew so many undiscovered areas around the Valley, one more breathtaking than the next( he told us he had found these spots while cycling).
We enjoyed Port tasting and had a lovely lunch under a charming vine covered arbor.
Anselmo is an excellent guide and a warm and attentive host!!!

We had the most amazing day to the Duoro Valley! Our guide Anselmo was delightful in every way ...felt like we spent the day with a friend ...he was early and very respectful making sure to share his extensive knowledge but give us some time to enjoy the area.
He took us to spots I assure you would never find on your own.
People keep asking what was the highlight of our trip and without a doubt it was this tour!
