• For all customers arrive at Newark Airport(EWR) will not have chance to join the new york night tour.
• For tours departing between 05/24/2024-06/09/2024, 08/03/2024-08/07/2024, and 08/10/2024-09/12/2024, you will be arranged at an EWR area hotel on the first day. Complimentary tickets to Liberty Cruise and One World Observatory Deck will be given to the first two guests in each room for compensation.
• New York Morning Tour is only for guests who can meet tour guide with claimed baggage before 9:00am at EWR airport/9:00am at JFK/LGA airport with extra expense(seats are first come first serve,not guaranteed for all)
• 1. Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. In consideration of the guest safety, pregnant women are only allowed to join the tour if pregnant for 24 weeks or less by the end of the trip.
• 2. Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate flight information, tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. Any losses due to inaccurate or invalid information will be at your own cost and the company will not be held responsible.
• 3. Hotels have different room types, such as a King/Queen size beds or two double size twin beds. The maximum number of people who can legally stay in a room is 2 to 4 people. In addition, each hotel has a different method of charging the deposit, which requires the cooperation of the guests according to regulations. Please be noticed that most of the deposit collection and refund is handled by credit card. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday guarantee the number of rooms for guests but does not guarantee the specific room type and location. Hotel check-in time is usually after 15:00.
• 4. This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for any of the attractions. Tour attraction admission charges and meal expenses are subject to change at any time without notification. Any purchased ticket cannot be refunded for lower prices.
• 5. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday have the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary under the conditions of facilitating the operation for the tour group. This, however, will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary.
• 6. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
• 7. If the scenic spots are temporarily closed or closed on a particular holiday, etc., the tour guide will adjust the appearance according to the actual situation or replace the location with another scenic spot to ensure the richness of the itinerary. The opening hours and capacity limits of certain attractions and national parks will be subject to change from time to time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. When the operating hours and capacity restrictions have an impact on the itinerary, it shall be regarded as force majeure. Thank you for your understanding.
• 8. Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday provide the rental service at an extra cost. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
• 9. Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities and the handicapped who do need to provide advance notification to make a reservation. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday do not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.
• 10. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group, please inform in advance, and obtain the consent of the tour guide. You need to sign the departure agreement form and the unfinished part will be regarded as your own abandonment. The group fee will not be refunded.
• 11. Gift items in the itinerary that cannot be given away due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather conditions or personal reasons may be subject to change. Please understand that the fees will not be refunded.
• 12. Smoking is prohibited aboard the bus in accordance with Federal law and prohibited in most hotel rooms. Customers are responsible for any penalty charged by the hotel in a non-smoking room at least $250 per night.
• 13. Only for products with airport pick-up service: only one pick-up service within the free pick-up time range is provided for each order. If it is impossible to arrange due to weather and flight delay, etc., please pay for your own transportation costs.

• In the event of temporary cancellation within 3 days prior to departure for the BUY 2 GET 2 FREE promotion: If the first two guests in a room proceed with the tour as scheduled, but the third or fourth guest who was entitled to participate for free cancels within 3 days before departure or is a NO SHOW on the day of departure, we will impose a penalty. The penalty amount will be 50% of the original price for two persons sharing one room, per each guest who cancels temporarily.

Just finished 7 day Philadelphia, DC Niagara Boston NY tour. Hao (tour guide) and Bao (driver) we're great. Saw lots of great things, met some nice people and we were busy every day. Niagara Falls was unreal, lots of interesting sites and beautiful scenery. Would definitely recommend for anyone

I enjoyed the trip with lots of great tourist attractions. Most of the places are wheelchair accessible. The tour guide (Pengpeng) and the driver (Kevin) are very helpful.

Our tour started with strangers but ended with beautiful memories and new friends. If I get the chance again I would love to tour with them and why not. Miss Peng Peng proved to be a beautiful and wise tour guide. Always on time but considerate of everyone. Our bus driver Kevin is an expert driver and very agile driver. He used his time so skillfully that we saw all the places and did not waste time. Our hotels were very high. The food served to us was very tasty and fresh. The bus was stopped every two hours and all the passengers were taken care of for the washroom. Miss Peng Peng's complete knowledge of every place made it very easy for us all to understand. For Miss Peng Peng, we were like her family members.

The trip to New York is Fantastic, One World Trade Center Observatory, Dumbo, Museum of Modern Arts, Statue of Liberty Cruise, Gorge and Niagara Falls, Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, and the White House. It is great to have a tour guide who knows so well about American history. We thank you Ms. Lidi.

My family and friends had a skibiditastic trip to the East! Our tour guide Hao Wu was awesome sauce. He had the swaggiest umbrella he let us steal and the funkiest gray hair. He might’ve done some interesting things, but it didn’t affect our trip at all. In fact, we found it even goofier of him. We named him Fredrick due to us knowing another Hao whom we also English named Fredrick. Hao was a super hero man, he fixed a leak in our bus when it was raining . Our bus driver Hernandez was slaytastic. He drove us everywhere and helped with our luggages. We believe both Hao Wu and Hernandez deserve 1 million likes on Youtube!! He mainly spoke mandarin, but it’s okay because his English was comprehensible. We were a hella big group of 10 people (mainly children), but he still managed to give us a good time. We might’ve made him brainrot by making him say skibidi, but he already seems brain rot. We are in the process of posting some vlogs on our channel, and it shows how we had a lot of fun throughout the trip!!! Many places were visited and lots of food have been consumed. So sigma alpha rizz of this trip!!

The tour guide Vicky Sun was exceptional. Her attention to each individual in the group ensuring that each of us was safe, had food on time and understood the places that we visited made our trip memorable and enjoyable. Despite the long distances covered, it was not tiring. I would recommend this tour with this tour guide Ms.Vicky Sun very highly.

Good experience in America. We went to Philadelphia, then Washington and Niagara Falls. The guide was nice and familiar with tourist attractions and the drive was professional enough to enable our schedule.

Today the first day new York city tour with peng our tour guide , excellent service ,professional, knowledgeable, 1 day cover so many attractions, one world trade observation deck , 911 memorial park , wall street, charging bull ,uss intrepid aircraft carrier , modern art museum, time Square, 5 Ave, enjoy the trip .
