We bought these priority tickets from a certain time as we were told it was very hard to get tickets with the long lines. For us on the day this wasn’t true. I could have bought tickets easily and not had to wait till the time on our tickets as we were early.
Once inside it was amazing but difficult to find where the top attractions were as some had moved. There wasn’t a physical map so we kept having to look at our phones. We had limited time. Was also extremely hard to find where we had to pick up our tickets from. It ended up some random guy who helped us take us to another random guy who produced the tickets.
So alls well that ends well but we paid another 45% for the save the line priority tickets.

Was unable to take in this tour, as ship was late docking, and bus did not arrive in time. Instead, I was able to get different tour. Did not get to view the inside, but rather, was able to get many photos of various sites which were not included in my booked tour of Palazzo Pitti.

Given that my tickets were for 3pm entry, we were not close to the office that I had to go to pick up the tickets. It would have been much more convenient to have a QR code emailed after payment to enter the Palazzo Pitti. Then the next day we had tickets for the Uffizi and when we tried to pick them up early in the day, we couldn't receive them until just a hour before the entry time. Again, this is a big inconvience when you're trying to make the most of your time.

Booked tour without realizing it was not guided and no audio . Had to rely on signs in rooms and travel book .fantastic building g and art work but would have preferred some instruction.

Would recommend getting the audio tour and planning for at least 1 1/2 hours for the garden. Also, do some reading on the family.

The day before we were scheduled to go to the Pitti Palace, we stopped at the ticket office to pick up our reservation and timed tickets. We were told we had to come back tomorrow, one and a half hours before our tour-ridiculous! This requires a lot of walking (across town) as the ticket office is not even near the palace! No other Florence tour makes you tromp all over to enter a location. We told them “forget it” as we went to the Bargello Museum instead. I ate the cost, but don’t regret it. My advice? Skipping the Pitti Palace tour is not a loss, I say see anything else in Florence.

I booked several tours and this one was horrible. Again I never got an email with my ticket only a download that brought up a green voucher that said this is not your entry ticket So when I went to the Pitti Palace ticket office they would not give me a ticket. They said Florence City Tours would meet me at the entrance and give me my ticket but this wasn’t true either. I was supposed to get my ticket at their office which is 10 minutes away from Pitti. What a mess. This was not
Communicated to me so I asked for a refund which Florence City Toirs said NO but Jonathan with Viator put in a refund process for me which I will receive in 7 days. Another issue with this is I paid $64 for Skip the line tickets for Pitti and Boboli when they sell the same ticket (no skip the line) for $22😳. I understand Skip the line would be more but this is a huge and ridiculous difference in price.
