We begin this wildlife photo tour by heading north along the western boundary of the National Elk Refuge to Grand Teton National Park. Here we will travel along the southern park roads watching for wildlife and stopping frequently for photo-ops. Wildlife we frequently encounter on this trip includes bison, elk, deer, moose, pronghorn, (aka antelope), fox, coyote, bear, bald eagle, trumpeter swans, and if we’re lucky, wolves. If time allows we might choose to stop at the Jackson Visitor Center or the new Moose visitor center in Grand Teton National Park.
The guides at Jackson Hole Wildlife Safaris will make every effort to showcase as many highlights as possible, and will structure the day around making your experience a memorable one. They will take current road conditions, weather, seasonality, and your personal interests into consideration as they move through the park.

This was my second tour with Jackson Hole Wildlife Safaris and both have been amazing. Dwight was a terrific guide and we saw lots of wildlife. Will definitely use this company again in the future.

We had an amazing time on this safari. We feel so lucky to have picked such a great trip, from a great company and an EXCELLENT guide - Bob!! He made the entire trip memorable. He was so friendly, informative and really wanted to make sure we were happy with our experience. We can't wait to come back.

Dave, our guide, was excellent. Gave us the history of the grand Tetons and the local environment.
The private tour was perfect to allow flexibility and a custom experience. Would go with Dave again in a heartbeat.

Saw moose, bear and learned quite a bit about the area,vehicles nice, guide excellent, work as a team to find the animals Gave us a good idea of the park layout. Offered advice on eateries and other activities

Our guide Cynthia was great. We booked private tour. Cynthia asked what we wanted to see and she went above and beyond to insure we had the best opportunities to see the animals in the Grand Tetons. Very knowledgeable and you can tell she enjoys her job.

Fantastic experience. Our private guide Jeffrey Meehan was so knowledgeable, experienced and made the trip a true adventure. We saw so many bison up close as well as other wildlife. We learned so much and wished that school had been this exciting when we were kids. We followed up 3 days later for a full day Yellowstone adventure with Jeffrey. These 2 adventures made our week in Jackson Hole. Even the lunch that was packed for us was 5 star.

Duane had lots of great historical info. We found moose, a bald eagle, antelope, elk, and even a bear on our trip.
He was attentive to all the kids questions and had a good sense of humor.

Grant did a great job with our tour.
He let us take our time and shared tons of information with us about the Tetons, as well as history of the area. We saw lots of wildlife as well. Great private tour in a nice vehicle.

We did the private tour and our guide Lee was an extremely knowledgeable naturalist and former park ranger. He had an agenda of wildlife to find and speak about, but anything else we asked to look for he knew exactly where to find it. The snacks and refreshments provided were tasty and nutritious. I would fully recommend this tour company.
