We wanted to do an exciting and multi option experience and we were not disappointed!! We have two boys (16 and 12) and we all loved it!! Our tour guide, CHINO, and his group were absolutely amazing!! They were beyond friendly, extremely safety oriented, made everything so much fun! I cannot say enough positive things about the staff there. Our favorite was zip lining and the cenote, but all the adventures were pretty exhilarating! And after it's all over they serve you chicken fajitas! Bring LOTS of bug spray, water shoes, sunscreen and a change of clothes for the ride home. And don't forget to ask for CHINO!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time! Our tour guide kept us entertained during the entire experience. Be aware, upon arrival they will try to get you to upgrade to the VIP package which was about $50 per person but it was worth it! We would definitely book again!

Excellent experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Tequila tasting was good. However, we were told we could take the alcohol and carry-on but when we got to the airport, it was something different. We ended up having to check our luggage due to misleading information from the tequila rep.

I booked through viator, the night before I was stuck reading reviews and almost cancelled SO GLAD I DIDN'T! It was one of the best parts of my Cancun trip! Our guide Moto Moto (Kevin) was amazing and kept us entertained the whole time! Contrary to reviews I've read there was no up selling or pressure to spend more money. They do offer you an upgraded package when you arrive and you can either accept or deny it, either way they are cool with it. The zip lines were a blast, the ATVs were so fun and we got extremely muddy which I loved, the cenote was beautiful and without the VIP we were the only ones there. Food was great also! They take pictures of you throughout the day and offer you a photo package at the end and it was absolutely worth it 75$ for two people and 75 high quality photos dropped straight to your phone so you'll always have the files.
Only issue and the reason for 4 stars and not 5 is my card was charged double the amount they stated for the photos, I have contacted support and they are suppose to look into it when they open tomorrow. I'll update with resolution. If it is fixed I would definitely give them 5 stars.
If your on the fence BOOK IT! You will have a great time and there's so much to do all at one place.

The experience was as described. You will get to swim in a cenote, zipline, and ride ATVs. However, there were a few things that took away from the overall quality of the experience:

1.) This experience says a bottle of water is included, but it is not. THERE IS NO WATER. I'm sure you can buy some, but it is not part of the package as advertised. To be out for 6.5 hours in the heat and to never once be offered water is absolutely unacceptable. Thank goodness we brought our own water from the hotel.

2.) Travel to and from the park is not factored into the time listed in the description. Our experience ended up being 6.5 hours instead of 4 because of the travel time. We ended up missing our dinner reservation because of this.

3.) There were multiple safety concerns, such as: burning your legs on the ATVs, the brakes and steering on the ATVs not working very well, and many people were not stopped at the end of their zipline causing them to crash at their landing spot.

4.) The tour company tries to upsell everything. DO NOT upgrade your experience. They will tell you that you get extra time on the ATVs and you'll have a private cenote swim, but you'll get all of that even if you don't pay to upgrade. They told us there were 127 people in the cenote, but we didn't upgrade our experience. When we got to the cenote, only our group was there, so we still had a private experience. We also had the same amount of time on the ATVs that people who did upgrade their experience got. The people who paid to upgrade were extremely angry that their experience was identical to ours when they paid an extra 70$ USD per person. Please do NOT upgrade.

5.) You're forced to rent a locker for $5 plus a $5 deposit because they don't allow you to take any items with you on the zipline or on the ATV. The zipline is understandable because you wouldn't want your bag to get caught on the wires, but I'm not sure why I couldn't have my belt bag on the ATV. It's obviously because they don't want you to be able to take your own photos and be forced to buy theirs instead.

6.) The cenote was green and didn't look refreshing at all and they only gave us 25 minutes, so it just wasn't worth having to change clothes or dry off.

7.) We spent about 50 minutes at the end of the experience at the lunch/snack spot that was right next to a gift shop. It's important to note that we spent more time there than ANYWHERE else. We had two snack sized tacos, which was fine, but we didn't need 50 minutes to eat that. 25-30 minutes would have been more appropriate since that's the amount of time we spent at the cenote, zipline, and ATVs. They're obviously hoping that if you sit there long enough you'll buy something from the gift shop, order food/drinks that aren't included in the package, and buy some photos as they walk around to show you all the pictures they took. It was a waste of 50 minutes we could have spent doing an actual activity.

The saving grace of this experience was our tour guide, Ibo! He was a super cool guy who kept us laughing the entire time! We made sure to tip him! Overall, we had fun and walked away with no injuries and brought our own water, but we easily could have been injured like some of the other travelers, or ripped off by spending money to upgrade our experience.

I would recommend this tour, but make sure to bring your own water, add an extra 2 hours to the overall time of the experience, be careful, and DO NOT upgrade no matter how hard they try to sell you on it. If you do those things, you'll enjoy yourself, especially if it's your first time doing any of these activities! The tequila tasting was also great! We ended up buying a bottle because we liked it so much, and you get to try 5 different tequilas. It's definitely worth the standard value that you pay, but not close to worth it if you end up upgrading. You've been warned!
