That they never came to get me and waste my entire day and also had the audacity to ask for more money. Customer service asking for proof of me being in the lobby like I need paperwork to be in the lobby of my hotel.

Pick up at the hotel was late or I would have given 5 stars. In my opinion they put way too much emphasis on the taking of photos that hurt the experience. But I would still go again and recommend it!

The only reason why it wasn’t five stars is the transportation didn’t have air conditioning and every seat was full. So your hot and bother before the activities starts.
Henry was an Excellent he kept the group entertain and made sure we all had a good time. Also a great DJ

Started with horseback riding. Was told due to overbooking we would only get 15 minutes. Spent the rest of the time sitting and waiting for the others to finish what was supposed to be our ride time.
6 zip lines is not correct. There were 3 short ones.
Cenote was as expected.
ATV was ok. No free time, just slowly follow the leader in a single line.
Lunch was included (2 tacos), but only fish and pork. They have beef or chicken, but up-charge you $9 for those.
You finish with a sales pitch for their tequila and photos. They don’t allow cameras or phones and picture prices are high.
We purchased $225 of their tequila, but they use an insane exchange rate to make more. Charge was actually $240. Not uncommon here. If you use a card, they also charge a crazy fee of 8%.

The guides were great! They were very funny and made sure we had a great time ! But each activity was very short, i wish i knew beforehand the zipline was only 3 short ziplines. The cenote was only 20 minutes (which is not long when you have to change, shower and stand in line). The horseback ride was 10 minutes out and back - I thought it would be a method of transport to something on the tour. And the included lunch was only 2 small tacos with very little filling… had a blast thanks to the guides but I thought the activities would be “more”

The tutor guide Ebo was great! The cento river was fun, the horses was cool, the zip line was super fun, & the atv’s were very BUMPY😫😫

This was the best experience me and my boyfriend ever had. This was beyond fun. The staff were friendly, respectful, and all nice. I would definitely recommend this to anyone if you want to have the time of your life. I want to know the location of the zip line because my bf had bought a few drinks and he want to get it again.

It was ok. We did all the things and it was fun. They were short and sweet stops. The guides were just ok. Not super informative or overly helpful. Pretty independent activities
