Fun for the whole family - a river tubing adventure Jamaican style! Enjoy an approximate 40 min scenic drive to the tubing river where you’ll be given a short safety briefing. Then hop on your inner tube for a fun journey downstream. Glide across mild rapids surrounded by greenery, traveling as the Spanish once did when they arrived in Jamaica hundreds of years ago. Your river guide will entertain you until the end of your journey where the river runs into the Caribbean Sea. You will then be taken to Bamboo Beach Club for some fun in the sun. Absolutely wonderful and family friendly activities the tour guides Cora and Corado we fantastic and informative our tubing guide Larick was a riot and made a fantastic ride even more enjoyable. The tapas at the beach were delicious and a lot more food and drinks than I was expecting. It was fantastic value for the money. LOVED IT!!!

This was fun. I expected a lil more but our tour guide Big Ben made the experience worthwhile! He was very nice and friendly!

Jamila the host was great I enjoyed her the entire excursion, our driver I forgot his name but he was great as well, our guide Dan was amazing he made our tubing experience great although it was a very short tour for the amount of money spent! I did not enjoy bamboo beach it was boring no one was there and I didn’t like the fact we couldn’t choose our own drink that was paid for with the excursion. I would never go back and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

This excursion was interesting. I had a good time but I also flipped in the water during tubing and was terrified and hurt for the rest of the experience. The guide did his job in getting me back on the tub, but not without getting scraped and bruised by the rocks. What's not listed is when you get off the tubs, you will then paddle boat to a beach to hike to a further beach. Be mindful that you will need some physical strength with this excursion.
The time at the private beach could've been shortened. The lunch/drink portion is drawn out and the entertainment is forced. It's not a bad excursion, it could just use some improvements.

Bamboo Brach Club was not nice and laid back. It was off the beaten path so it was very quiet. Everything was laid back and on their own time. The bus ride was good and our guide Cara was very knowledgable. She did take several phone calls on the way, but she said she was talking to her boss. She went to work at the club when we arrived and stayed there when we left.
The scenery was great. The club area was clean. The driveway was a wash out, but they said they are working on making it a better road.
The tubing experience was fantastic. We really enjoyed our quiet day of tubing, then onto lunch and relaxing at the club. the food was good too. It was worth it all!
The only real negative was meeting up when we got off the ship. The instructions said meet 30 min after docking in port. It then said be 15 min. early at the meeting spot. We were able to leave the ship at 9:15 and we did so we were at the meeting area around 9:30. There was no Bamboo Beach Club. The dispatchers etc tried to help us find them sending us to four different areas. By 10:00 we found each other as they were looking for us too. They told us we were very early. It seems they were late. However, I think an exact meeting time like 10:00 would make more sense, rather than saying 30 minutes after and then be 15 minutes early. Confusing from the start, but then it all came together and it was nice. We were on time getting back to the ship. The driver was outstanding and he was very safe.

Everything went very well, our guides were awesome and friendly and I would do it again and recommended to others and I can’t wait to do it again

We had the beat time, our Driver was excellent. They took us to the river rapids.
Ben was very accommodating and enjoyable to he around. Then got beach and had a wonderful girl only on job for a month. I’m terrible with names but they were all very accommodating and told us alot about Jamaica!. I would recommend this excursion! Thanks you all! George and Tracy

Everything was great with this excursion but our absolute favorite part was THE DRIVE THERE and back with Stryker! He played games with us, gave us history on the Island, and we got to hear about his personal experiences. He was on time picking us up and communication with him was top notch.
The tubing was wonderful! We had Ben who was so great at guiding us and the kids away from rocks, and bushes. He was funny and so attentive.
The beach portion at Bamboo was decent. It was very busy and somewhat disorganized. It took us a while to even request food and I had to track someone down to order. We preferred the beach at the resort over this one. This one is high energy, and super fun with loud music and drinks flowing.
**Tips: I would certainly recommend water shoes and a towel. Be prepared to tip the driver, the tour guide for tubing and the beach/wait staff. Please also download WhatsApp before your visit. That’s how our driver (and even the hotel) contacted us
I did try to contact the tour operator prior to the event and never got a response. It still worked out perfectly but up until the driver called, I was unsure if it would.

Worth It!! What a fantastic experience! The bus driver and bus guide were extremely pleasant and engaging. The tubing was fun and exciting and the tour guide took great care of the group. The food and drinks were Excellent at Bombay Beach!!

Our tour was great! Cara was attentive and made sure we were taken care of the whole time. It was like experiencing our own little private beach since no one was there. We also went rafting which was fun and Kenroy made sure we were safe.
