We confirmed the tour the day before. The morning of the tour I let the tour guide know that we had arrived about 30 mins before our 10 AM tour. I then got a message back saying our tour was at 4 pm. Which was incorrect. I sent them the Viator ticket showing 10 am. The tour company director called and said it was Viator's fault and not theirs. He got someone to meet us at 11:30 (so we sat around for 2 hours waiting) which I appreciated him scrambling to do so. He showed up at 11:47 (so 17 minutes late) to start our tour (now we have lost more time) Then our 2 hour walking tour ending at 1:07 pm So not even 1.5 hours. I asked Viator for at least a partial refund and they said no. I am displeased more than words can express that we lost a 1/2 day over this nonsense and no one is taking responsibility. I have never had an experience as poor as this while traveling.

Joss was wonderful. She was friendly and eager to share information. Went over and beyond to explain and show us the city. Her enthusiasm and love for the city really helped us enjoy the tour and love the city. We will be back. Thanks Joss, appreciate what you do.

Erik our tour guide was friendly and accommodating. He provided us with so much interesting and historical information. The stop at the bakery where we bought some pan dulce was great. Also helping us find bathrooms along the tour was the best, since we have children that constantly had to use the bathroom.
