Tour guide did not show up. Called and email customer service, no one respond and no refund is done. Good luck if you pay for it.

Poor experience. The instructions on meeting point was confusing. And the follow up customer service was not responsive. Would not recommend

Beatriz, our guide, charming! He explains everything phenomenally, you can tell that he really likes his work, he conveys everything to you very clearly, worrying about you at all times. Totally recommended!

Meeting place was not clear & when we called the info number they were not helpful.We were 30 minutes early & still missed our tour.Woman we talked to was rude & said “ well everyone else found the location “…….how does this help me ?! She also said that no refund would be given.Do not recommend this company if you are an English speaker.

Carlos, the guide was very knowledgeable and personable. The palace exterior is nothing special but the interior is beautiful.

I did a search and came across this tour company. We decided to book the private tour of the Royal Palace and we so thankful we did! The communication before hand was great. Telling us our guides name and exactly were to meet. Our guide was Saskia and she was amazing! She was so energetic ( in spite of the heat) and gave us such great insight and information into each room and the history of Spain. After the tour, she was super helpful in making us a dinner reservation and we were thankful for the too! Highly recommend the private tour, and specifically Saskia!
