Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to bring many bags on our trip. We chose this shuttle, even though it was more expensive than others, because it promised to pick us up and drop us off at our preferred locations for this reason. Unfortunately, this did not happen.
In Antigua, we had to walk about a block to the shuttle with all our luggage. When we reached the shuttle, our driver did not greet us. Instead, his first words were that we would have to pay extra for our bags, which we found quite off-putting and unreasonable, especially since the service we paid for was not provided as promised. Additionally, upon arriving in Panajachel, we again had to walk to our hostel with all our luggage, even though the tour clearly stated that pick-up and drop-off were included.
Furthermore, on the way, we passed a severe accident. Our driver was honking impatiently to get past ambulances, fire trucks, and police cars, which was unhelpful and added to the overall unpleasant experience. Overall, this experience was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. I would recommend considering other, potentially cheaper, companies that might provide a more pleasant and reliable service.

The experience was great we used another transportation who had no communication and made us wait over 45 minutes. I highly recommend!

I texted the tour operator the day of just to confirm pickup location and they responded promptly. We picked up other around town were done in about 20 mins and we were on our way.

The trip from Panajachel to Antigua was fast. It didn’t take too long and I could tell the driver was being careful and safe. We stopped briefly at a gas station to use the bathroom and buys snacks. Keep in mind they use up every single seat in this shuttle so space is very compact. Please take dramamine if you get nauseous on windy roads and stay off screens. There was an annoying passenger who was on her phone the whole time and then got nauseous and wanted the drive to stop. No one wants to delay their trip for someone else’s mishaps. I was traveling with two teens and they were just fine.

Van was over packed. There's was room for about 8 plus bags we had 11 and it's about a 2 to 3 hour drive .

It was a comfortable ride. No air-conditioning but a few of us had windows open so it was fine.
We had an unexpected stop for 10 minutes at the first view of Atitlan Lake, which we all appreciated! Our driver was friendly and safe.

Good service, secure, pick up in front of my hotel and the driver and colleague made sure everything went well. The luggage was put on the roof securely. I had other one who mishandled my bags on other shuttle.
But the mini bus was full and it felt a bit stuffy.

Easy ride! Bring dramamine if you have motion sickness. Otherwise it was fine! Would book again. Long ride though.
