We have been with exotic paradise for the second time, our guide Arno made our trip much easier and we had a lot of fun, we are so thankful to Arno and we are definitely coming back again to Bali with them

It was via this agent that we made all of our travel arrangements, and we are extremely pleased with the service that was provided. These guides were not only fluent in English but also attentive and trustworthy. They were provided by the agent. The entire trip went off without a hitch, and our travel agency had made reservations for all of the activities in advance. Not only were the views breathtaking, but we also had a fantastic time.

Thanks to Exotic paradise bali. They are not exaggerating when they talk about the beauty of this location. Even from the highest point, the scenery is breathtaking, and you can hear the sound of the waves crashing against the cliffs and the beach shoreline below. Due to the fact that many people choose not to complete the difficult journey down, which takes around one hour, there is a lot of traffic at the summit.
Be sure to wear comfortable attire like athletic shoes, shorts or leggings, and a sports bra if you're going to make the hike down, and if you're adventurous and daring enough to do so, you should definitely go for it. I noticed that some folks were wearing down their slippers to the point where they needed to remove them along the way in order to have better and safer footing. Do not put on anything that you are concerned may get caught or create a risk to your safety. The first one third of the descent is rather uncomplicated, simple, and within reachable limits. You don't need to worry too much about it because it has cement steps. A significant number of the individuals that came to the park simply came down to do this trail before heading back up.

I am grateful to you, exotic paradise bali. My buddies and I had an incredible vacation thanks in large part to the wonderful trip that we had. All of the employees are really kind, so if you are thinking about taking a vacation in nusa Penida, you shouldn't wait any longer to make your plans. Exotic paradise has done an excellent job.

I booked a trip from Uluwatu to Nusa Penida today (12th of September) and the pick up time was at 6am; I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes and I texted and messaged the driver with no answer; after 20 minutes he was online on WhatsApp but he kept no picking up my calls and he didn’t answered to my massages after reading them. I was basically waiting in my hotel without knowing what was going on. Only 45 minutes later he just texted me back saying that he forgot about my reservation. I can understand a human error but I don’t accept the fact that he didn’t have the decency to answer immediately once seen my calls and my messages and he made me waiting for 25 more minutes. Never seen someone so unprofessional!

The guides they sent were very good. We had Rifan as out guide in Ubud and mainland Bali and Gede as our guide on the Nusa Penida Island. Both of them were super duper helpful and always time. They would go out of their way to make us feel special and have a good time

We booked the whole trip through this agent and we are very satisfied with the service provided. The guides provided by the agent were fluent in English, thoughtful and trustworthy. The whole trip went very smooth and our agent had booked all the activities before hand. The views were amazing and we had a wonderful time.

Whenever me & my husband travelled, we never pre booked any tours or used agents. However we did on this trip & we are very happy about it. Joel organised the trip for us. He was very accommodating & flexible with our personalised itinerary. Rifan & Gede were our driver/guide & both of them were very friendly, helpful & kind. They went out of their ways to make this trip memorable for us. Would definitely suggest Exotic Paradise to anyone who wants to explore Indonesia.
Hopefully we will be visit again & meet with them.
