I recently booked an airport transfer and wanted to provide some feedback on my experience. Our driver was incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service, which we greatly appreciated. However, we were picked up 10 minutes late The car also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, there was a noticeable clunking noise from the car during the journey.

Our driver was there patiently waiting for us as we came through from collecting our bags.
He was chatty, friendly and took my wife’s bags to the car.
The car was spotlessly clean and air conditioned so a very comfortable journey to our hotel, incidentally our driver didn’t have to refer to Google maps, almost as good as a London taxi driver who had taken “The Knowledge”.
Excellent- would highly recommend.

Nikolas texted me as soon as our flight landed and provided updates on where he would be located after we cleared customs and collected our bags. He was right where he said he would be with a visible sign and even helped us by taking one of our bags to the van for us. It was a very hot day, so we were very appreciative of the cold water Nikolas had for us in the van. Good conversation on the way to our lodging, and he went above and beyond by helping us to access our building. Thanks Nikolas for helping us start our family vacation on a positive note.
