Too hard to find where we were supposed to pick the tickets up. We had gone to check out the location 2 days beforehand. Even chatting online to try and find the location for ticket pickup was frustrating. So we spoke to the attendants at the door to the Medici Chapel. The line was only 4 people. So we canceled our Viator skip-the-line tickets and just bought tickets at the door. Much simpler. The Medici Chapel is absolutely stunning so I am very glad we went in when we did and did not have the stress 2 days later.

I don’t know how you dare ask me for a review when you canceled my tickets 2 days ago ! During my trip I had good experiences, but you canceled 2 of my reservations and let me scramble … very bad !

Medici is awesome, but how this tour is advertised is a scam. Still stood in a line, a voucher, no guide, severe price gouging compared to entry price. All stars go to the chapel, not this tour operator.

This was a self guided tour, but we did get to skip the line and take our time exploring the Chapel and the many artifacts. Michelangelo’s work is absolutely amazing.

This was a fab experience and highly recommended - you will be amazed by it and when you leave bear right and there is another hidden gem and for only 9 euros you again will be amazed with the art

There were no crowds or lines so we got right in. The chapels were very interesting. I was thrilled to get to see Michelangelo's New Sacristy!

Such a great time saver to do this one! Day was rainy so being able to use the VIP line was fantastic. Only thing to improve would be to find a way to tell those in line where to meet to avoid confusion at the Chapel.

Trying to get the voucher was a mess. Instruction's were they would be sent 48 hours in advance. They did not. Got an email that just kept linking me back and forth between Viator site and the email link. Had to send five emails trying to get my voucher. Finally the sent it as a pdf to an email. This is not a good service and you do not need to do this just order your voucher directly yourself

One of the most beautiful chapels in Florence. The building is so intricately interesting. Easy to navigate and not crowded.
