Honestly not worth going with them booked a private transportation from hotel to the place of activity and back however the driver argued with me and my wife and left without taking us back to the hotel. The taxi driver was really aggressive my wife felt nervous, I had to pay for a taxi to take me back.
I called the company they said it’s your fault we can’t issue a driver out for you
beware of this company really unreliable and untrustworthy never going with them again.
Sat down at the desk again and no one helped honestly so unworthy company waste of time

Had an amazing time! Crew was fantastic.
Only down fall was that we didn't get long in the air. Felt as if we were up and then straight back down :(

I’m going to start with the good points first as people often leave these out. Clear communication via WhatsApp, which is refreshing in Egypt. The driver was very good, polite and even picked us up at reception as oppose to the outside gate. Although, wasn’t able to speak English very well.
Main let down was I booked 7 adults and 2 infants expecting the rides to be 2 triple (3 persons), 1 Double (2 persons) and a single. When I got there we were told the infants who were 3 years old were too young to go on it, then when I pointed out the booking system allows me too he quickly changed his tune. He then went on to say it’s too windy and now it’s unsafe. But safe for the rest of the party despite the same weight, which is a maximum of 150kg. I said that’s fine but I want a refund for the kids, this is still being disputed with my credit card company.
To top it off the actually acitvith was too short, 5 minutes at best!!! There’s better places to do it like Turkey. Also, photos were awful.

Great trip we both had a good time. The instructors talked us through everything. It was a short boat ride then parasailing.

Parasailing was so fun and we were made to feel so safe and secure. They were the best people to be with. They were very trusting and because of that we were able to face our fears!
