We had a nice time on the trip and it was well organized and the staff was friendly. The snorkeling part in the beginning could be skipped, as the water is too murky to see anything and there are too many people around as multiple boats stop in this spot. My snorkel was also leaky. It would be better to have more time at the second spot as you need to choose between hike and kayak which was not mentioned in the description. We chose the hike which takes you up 500m and the view is amazing but you need to be fit to do that. The emerald lagoon and the lunch break was nice also. All in all a bit more time at each spot and no snorkeling would be 5 stars. Like this I can only give 3.

It was good, we had a great day. The amazing guide, he kept an eye on everyone the whole time. All right, we'd definitely repeat.

We did this tour in the beginning of July 24 going out from Koh Phangan. We're a family of four, 2 adults 2 kids ages 6 and 8.

TL;DR: It was a good experience overall but very intense. There was little time to soak up all the beauty when you're moving from place to place and activity to activity so quickly. Slightly challenging for the kids as well (we asked before if the trip suites kids).

We started out with a pickup from our airbnb. There was a little mixup with the driver because it was hard for him to find the place and he did not call us directly, we were contacted only via the agency (Click2GoThailand).

When we arrived at the pier there was a lite breakfast of bananas, toast and cofee/tea. We had to write down our names and information manually and wait for everyone to arrive. It took about half an hour and we set off walking to the beach 5minute walk.
When we got there we were greeted by our guide and the boat team. They were really nice and were very helpful, the guide had good english, it was apparent he knew what he was doing and this was no makeshift boat tour.

We sailed off to the first stop, 45 minutes of some slightly rough waters, if you get sea sick, this is not a boat ride for you. We enjoyed the boat ride and the crew always kept us hydrated with water and soft drinks.
When we got to the spot it was a mirky snorkeling around a place called koh wow. My son had an issue with his mask and they did not have any replacements for him, it felt like they were not very prepared for kids, so a bit of a downer.

We then went on to have lunch on a beautiful island beach in the reserve. Lunch was very simple, but overall ok, we are vegetarians and they accommodated us with some vegetable massaman curry.

After that we set off to a beach with loads of other people, our guide said that we have the option of kyaking then going up the 500 meter climb to see the view.
My 8 year old came with me on the kayaks, there were no oars that were suited for him. It felt like we were racing to finish the kayaks since we only had half an hour. In retrospect it wasn't worth it.
When we finished kayaking we raced to the start of the climb but we were told we did not have enough time to go all the way to the top. So we climbed to only 200 meters. The view was beautiful, but as noted in the other comments, this is a tough climb. You go up very shaby, uneven steps while letting other people come down or pass you by.

When we came back down it was off to another stop, this time you could either buy something at a very small shop or go up an easier climb. We opted for the shop, and had a nice popsicle (at 60THB a lolly).

Then it was back to Koh Phangan on a very nice and quiet sea, smooth sailing was very nice on the way back.

We were taken back to our airbnb and called it a day.

I have to mention that all the above was done in a very snappy manner, it felt slightly rushed and we felt that there was not enough time to soak up the beautiful views. If the operator were to cut down on the second viewpoint there would be more time for the nicer view and for snorkeling etc.
Furthermore, I would not take kids younger than 10 on this trip, unless you trust that they are more mature for their age. My kids did enjoy it overall, but it was not very accommodating for them.

This was such an amazing experience. We went on a day where the weather wasn’t amazing so the snorkeling wasn’t as clear but we could still see some really cool fish. A group member of mine did recommend koh Tao for better snorkeling but I think my experience really came from the group I was with. As a solo traveler, I was met with a very friendly group and atmosphere. Be warned this trip is not for the weak if there is any wind around. The boat is VERY bumpy, but if you don’t get easily sea sick or you sit in the back you will be fine. The captain was very skilled and tried to avoid large jumps and waves. This is less of a tour and more of a booking of an experience but you will see very beautiful views and have choices of many activities including hiking, grabbing coffee, kayaking, swimming, or simply relaxing on the beach.

I did few trips in the past with Viator but this time the operating company was very average, we had almost 2 hours morning delay till the boat arrived. The snorkeling location was bad. The lunch was average and the team was nice. If you go don’t miss the 500 meter view point amazing.

Trip was lovely seeing so many great things. Snorkelling was poor but only down to visibility under water. Everything was well organised and crew so friendly plenty of cold drinks available. Only thing I did not like was how crowded the boat was but on the whole a great day

The actual island with the hike to the top and island itself, was fantastic. Best part of whole trip- everything else felt like filler. The crew was great, food was awesome, boat was comfortable. Snorkeling was terrible (visibility was so bad- not fault of company. Kayaking was meh, Emerald lagoon was nice- beach there would have been great but it was low tide so water was so shallow you couldn’t swim- overall worth it to see the spectacular view from top of Wua Talap Island..

A wonderful day that remains marked in our memories.
Too much to describe, everything was so beautiful!!
A wonderful, attentive and really friendly crew who accompanied us at each stopover.
Recommendation: bring sneakers in your bag 😉
Very hearty and good lunch.
In short, an outing not to be missed. Don't ignore it...

This was a really great tour! I went with my boyfriend and my mum (she is in her 60s) so I was a little worried that it may be too active for her. However, we were able to pick and choose which activities we wanted to do (for example, we hiked to the first checkpoint on one of the hikes, and opted out of the second hike and relaxed on the beach). The tour guides are fantastic and I really recommend
