The guide only handed us tickets and told us to get into the entrance line. There was no "VIP Escorted entrance" service as advertised in the booking. Very disappointing as we had limited time at the Uffizi. I feel like we deserve a partial refund.

Wonderful experience! Super easy to find the meeting point. The lines were hours long and we were able to just walk right in with no wait. Everybody in line gave us the evil eye lol but it pays to be prepared! Plus they kindly offered us a guided tour that was fantastic. Gabriella was kind and fun and taught us so much
We saw the whole museum and were out and enjoying our day by noon :)

Carravaggio's Medusa was fabulous! The number of exhibits was impressive. It was well worth the visit.
