Upon arrival, board the cogwheel train to the Monastery and marvel at the stunning views along the way. The tour was so well worth it and we absolutely loved Monica! She was very attentive to our needs and gave us great advice on places to eat in Barcelona. 2 of which we tried and they were spot on.
We arrived early to the bus station but had difficulty finding the meeting point. After calling we received directions to go straight to the bus which was very easy to find. That seemed to be the only glitch of the day, the rest was just a wonderful trip. We enjoyed all the history/commentary while riding the bus, it gave us a real feel for the culture and we found your guides to be very humorous and entertaining!
We had bought tickets online ahead of time to see the Black Madonnna at 12:45. Once again we arrived early, but there was a problem and we weren't able to see her until 1:15. As we were supposed to meet our group at 1:20, I called the office at 1:00 and they were great about getting a message to Monica and getting everything worked out.
I will definitely recommend this tour.

Miro.. was an excellent guide. His knowledge and fun facts was unexpected an extremely welcomed. His personal and his way to relate to all ages was very warming.

Miro was an excellent guide. He had a great deal of knowledge not only about the different wines we tasted, but also the history of Montserrat. I loved his sense of humor. The entire tour went smoothly and was fun. I would highly recommend this tour.

Today’s tour was the best tour that we’ve taken during our time in Barcelona. Andrea our tour guide was fantastic. I can’t say enough great things about her and how extremely personable she with us. We ended up being the only people on the tour so we had a private tour and was able to enjoy ourselves and do whatever we wanted on the tour. The winery and lunch were also excellent. Thank you for the day - it was a beautiful day.

Monserrat and the wine tasting were both more than expected. But the real gem here was Miro. Miro was an incredible wealth of information throughout our tour. Such a knowledgeable person about so many areas in the world, He was able to converse about any question that arose. Best guide we’ve had in 14 days of travel in Spain. The amount of free time we had at Montserrat was appropriate but the amount of history and content that Miro provided made everything so much more understandable and meaningful. He made connections with everything and everyone, to make what we were seeing and tasting come alive. The wine and the food were also incredible, as were the views at Monserrat. But truly, Miro made this tour the best we’ve ever taken, ever!

It was great to learn more about the Catalan mountains and some of the legends that exist surrounding the area! Our guide, Miro, was extremely knowledgeable about not only the monuments, but the region, especially as it relates to the rest the world. We started our day off in the Monserrat monastery, enjoying the ancient history of the mountains, and ended our day at a winery that has been relevant to most modern history. It was clear that Miro both knew an incredible amount of information and was passionate about sharing that with others.

We had a fantastic tour with Danni early this month. Not only he is funny and make sure we are well taken care of, Danni also provided invaluable history about Barcelona and the Catalonian culture.
Beside the spectacular Montserrat in the morning , the winery visit was an another highlight on this tour. The food and wine paring was spot on with all local wines and cuisine.
We highly recommend this tour for whom enjoy smaller group and curated experiences.
