It was a nice and good excursion. The team also did a nice job of making everyone happy! Young children can come too. But for snorkeling from 10 years old I estimate

It gets pretty crazy with so many different tours and people in one place, I know the whole team were working really hard to organize everyone and they did a great job! I decided to upgrade it was only $60 more; but My friend and I didn't feel so cramped and felt we were able to enjoy ourselves and spread out! The staff were welcoming and we always were informed on the upcoming tasks; ie getting prepared for snorkeling, for docking, the time schedule, what to expect and how to be safe and not get left behind! There was JUST enough time in between activities and for having so many points of interest I'm impressed with the organisation without feeling rushed !
Towels , waterproof case, dry clothes, pesos to tip staff and/or get souvenirs/ food/ drinks that are on the island, personal fan, dramamine non-drowsy, hat, sunscreen! There was a buffet included but I was still hungry!

The catamaran was an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and the buffet was great! I would book another excursion with them again.

The experience itself was good but dealing with the tour operator not so much. It took 3 messages for them to confirm our pick up point and on the day when we got to the port we were asked to pay port taxes even though our booking clearly stated that all taxes were included. Whether it is the tour operator’s fault or a miscommunication by Viator I am yet to find out but the result is the same: we were $80 out of pocket.

It was a complete experience, on board we were treated very well, the crew always attentive. The snorkeling was very well prepared and then the.lunch and beach club attended us very well

When we arrived in Cancun at the dock, there was an additional $20 per person "docking fee". This was not in the information about this trip. In fact, it was very explicitly stated ALL taxes, fees were included in the orginal price. Ok, problem #1. Then, we were guided to a specific beach club at Isla Mujeres. This beach club sat on beautiful Punta Blanca. Unfortunately, we couldn't sit on Punta Blanca without paying $50 an hour for beach chairs. Nickel and dime at every turn, unfortunately!

The crew on the catamaran were so welcoming & made it such a fun day.
Even though the weather made it so we weren’t able to snorkel, we still had such fun!

on our holidays in Playa del Carmen we made 3 excursions, this was the one we liked the most, Isla Mujeres is incredible. the color of the water, the temperature, the clear sand, I loved it. they put a lot of vibes up the boat the employees. music, food and drinks, they made a spectacular day.

I was expecting a little more for $150USD! The snorkeling was great this was first time for me & it’s looks just like on TV. Everyone was patient & kind!
